Can I just applaud all nursing mummy's who breastfeed in public ❤ I saw a young mummy breastfeeding in a supermarket the other day and she got a lot of stares and was about to stop until I went up to her and congratulated her and encouraged her and told her she's doing a marvellous job and she couldn't believe my kindness 😊 but so many people are judgemental and I don't think it's fair. Mummy's out there please don't feel embarrassed or let anyone make you feel uncomfortable because it's the most normal thing to do. Use a cover if you want to or simply embrace it ❤ Carys you are a great example of how mummy's should be and I take my hat off to you if I wore one 😂 right, back to the vlog ❤

Hi caris. You can buy a blow up doughnut cushion from boots so. Its like a rubber ring you can sit on it and that will take the pressure off you coxic I had this before very painful but the doughnut cushion helped loads. Xx
A little tip mix your clothes up between suit cases. My daughters case went missing and they got it back the day before they left for home. So I half my dress into two cases etc when I go with my hubby. I’d hate for the kids case go missing and you have nothing. Have a wonderful time.

Try some Arnica cream to try and get the bruising out. I feel your pain Carys my back has been bad for the last 10wks. All 8 can say is listen to your body and rest when you need to. Take care. 💞
I broke my coccyx too, twice. Once as a teenager I fell badly In school and had to get up and act normal because half the school sore but I still remember the pain now. That took few weeks fully to heal but it did heal the hospital didn’t do anything. Clearly made it weak though as they didn’t treat me. I broke it age 24 for the 2nd time I literally went to sit on my friends sofa and caught the edge/arm instead (hard😅.. but still didn’t think it was that hard) and broke it again. I was visiting school friends 2hrs away from where I live now and after some tears I had to drive that 2 hours home in agony. I did go to the hospital as this pain was a lot worse and in my leg, bum, back& spine. They scanned me and confirmed it was broke again and bent inwards.😅 they do leave in with no operation or anything (it’s still like it now) and they did confirm I have osteoporosis and mild scoliosis (and other things that was stated a probability from the 1st time untreated) … it’s suppose to have treatment (osteopath and physiotherapist etc which I had the 2nd time). Although it didn’t help the recommendation and my own treatment worked. (Exercise) I was in agony for 1 year then realised exercise, diet, weight, movement works. More resting hurts, doesn’t make it stronger and obvs sitting laying is a trigger but exercise works. So when you can - do exercise especially walking and it does make it stronger which takes away the pain. I have no issue now with the coccyx and haven’t 1-2 years after the brake where as the first break I left it and it carried on causing me grief. 😊 physio and exercise is key. (Along with cold freeze” spray) that’s magic! X
I've osteoporosis of spine only found out after a fall in garden 6 mnths ago they found i had that plus 4 fractures on my spine taking its time to heal om painkillers and heat pads plus crutches .so what I think was simple fall is now a nightmare .so please get your back checked after fall plus physio might help .heat pads you can wear under your clothes are a godsend xxxxxxx

The tumbled marble can be a nightmare. Have taken all mine off. Yes they look lovely but maybe a rethink. Even sealed they are difficult to clean and grease and dust cling on, Just my opinion and experience. Wishing you all the best with your fixer upper and have a fab holiday. Your girls are gorgeous! I fell sideways off an office chair and the rim of the arm sideways went right in my ladies bits and bottom 😢😢😢 the pain was horrific and I made myself bleed but thankfully nothing eternal bleeding but sitting on donuts helped and ice in your crack 😳 sorry sounds bad but it does h help. Crazy how our instincts click in and Mabel was safe as you say it could of been way worse xx I had my youngest same age as Mabel and we were at ballet competitions with her sisters and someone had thrown a old rug over these metal rods on the floor….. well I tripped on the rug with Anika in my arms and went straight down knees on the rods and Anika stayed in my arms as I fell onto my tummy 😢😢😢 so so scary and they really hurt too xx heal fast sweetheart xx

I am going on holiday soon I have got my case out I have lacking cubes they are great to pack ur clothes . I am going to Portugal carn t wait to go I need the sun shine I am going with my sister. I had a broken coccyx for nine years... It is so incredibly painful. I finally had surgery a year ago and I'm still healing from it. It's been a nightmare, but I'm so happy to not have that excruciating pain anymore. I feel for you Carys, it's awful! I hope yours heal without any permanent issues!!!!
Hi guys. You can buy a coccyx pillow which I found very useful when I damaged my coccyx falling down stone stairs. A great tortellini recipe (as a treat) buy single cream and add ½ a Knorr vegetable cube, heat up and then pop cooked tortellini in and there you go, plate up and it's truly flipping delicious and so easy. Amber and Mabel are adorable 🥰🥰🥰🥰
It takes time for you cocsis to heal mine took a fair few months to fully heal, but started feeling better after 2/3 weeks. It's very painful I know how you feel
