Your family brings me so much comfort, I find myself watching this one after a full scale melt down. You are so soothing and healing you will never know. During lockdown I was really mentally unwell, the vlogs were a huge distraction and helped centre me. I don’t know why it help, or how but never give up on this. I know I need you all but I imagine there is others who need you too. Love your family so much ❤️❤️❤️

Looks fabulous hotel. Glad lots of fun being had. Cary’s I know how you feel about yourself and being conscious at times. For me it’s the unkind ppl that think it’s ok to call me names or mention my weight etc. the damage for me has come from nasty ppl and that always sticks. I don’t know why ppl are so bothered about some one else’s weight but they bloody do. That’s where my confidence goes and the pain and hurt, I’m not gonna lie xx

Reminds me of the time my nephew came to South Africa espcially to be best man at his cousins wedding. Only to discover his jacket was covered in baby cream from his baby (in his suitcase) It was like 2 days to the wedding and he spent all that time stressing,. Thankfully one of his cousins lent him a jacket in the end.

33:42 I’m in this place right now. 9 weeks post delivery tomorrow and omg I can’t find anything I like right now, I fit into nothing from before and I love the gym/working out etc but since giving birth I’ve been so harsh on my body even though I’m so blessed to have carried another baby after so many struggles but I can’t help it x

Were you by any chance in Turkey staying at the Lara Brut hotel I only ask because we are regular Turkey goers & just their love 5* A/I Hotels you cannot beat them - the bag James was carrying had the name of the hotel on it - anyway guys hope you had a wonderful time I know that times may be stressful with the children being so young but you both are amazing parents & will know that these holidays etc are what memories are made of

Loved the self love talk, just come back from a two week all inclusive holiday and clothes are feeling a little tight so needed that reminder, you looked amazing in that gorgeous dress James picked and very excited for your swimwear collection, with D cup boobs it can be a minefield fitting them into regular swimwear as don’t like the spilling out look!
