I think the maddest I’ve been at Disney was when I rode the safari and some grumpy dad kept whistling at the sleeping rhinos and lions, ignoring the cast member telling him to stop. All because they made him sit with his family instead of letting him choose his seat
Wow that’s awful :( I love seeing animals relaxed and sleeping just as much if they are walking around … also he was upset about sitting with his family??? What a dad….
@@destinydavis1421 it was fun and I loved it other than that but just because he was told what to do he just complained and made a scene through most of the safari, him and the old guy a seat behind him kept riffing while his family just looked uncomfortable and embarrassed
that ride is hit or miss. this last weekend was great but before that we sat behind some LOUD foreign people and they were told over and over again to remain silent and they never listened.
People are the worst!
@@ZombiiNekoreminds me of the time last year when SmallWorld stopped. A dad stood up in the boat more than once and shouted “ this is not acceptable, we need off this ride NOW!”. When the boat drifted close enough to the side, he hoisted his kid out of the boat near a door, then he and mom followed and out the door they went. Wish I had taken video of it. Not long after, we were all helped out and through a door into the back lot, given water and a lightening lane pass.
We moved out of Florida almost 5 years ago. My family loves seeing your videos. We miss Disney and Universal. You take us home every time.❤
Thanks for tagging along with us! We’re happy to have you
i can confirm the kilimanjaro during rain point. my sister and i did it during the rain this january and the animals looked so happy. i’ve ridden kilimanjaro safari many many times and this was by far the most active i had ever seen them
I watched the baby elephants splash in puddles during the rain one time and I’ve never been able to top that ride experience since!
BIRD SHOW! Yes the jokes are corny, but my kids and my family all love it.
🐦🐦🐦
Festival of The Lion King is a must-do show! It's so colorful and entertaining!
YES!! 🤩
Ever since the EPCOT hauls and continuing to take away from what made it so special imo, Animal has become my favorite of the Disney Parks for its cohesion (tho it looks as even it will sometime lose most of it too). It’s simply not a trip to Animal without doing Everest and Dinosaur for me, and Pandora is imo the best land Disney has built since trying to find the same success Universal had with Harry Potter.
I like some parts of new Epcot. Guardians is still the best ride that Disney's built so far. But I don't like Communicore Hall. It's just a huge waste of space to me.
@@kdusel1991 I love Guardians as a ride in it of itself, but the way it’s just inserted into EPCOT and everything… it just doesn’t work imo. Agreed with Communicore Hall. Moana I feel really doesn’t belong there either.
I wonder when they are closing dinosaur
@@metallicnole4514 hopefully not for a long time seeing as how Disney now takes forever with all construction
@@NinthShinigamiMoana would've worked way better in AK ngl
LOVE THIS!! You, naturally, have one for every park... right?!!
This is our new mission on our visit
We do!!
This is the park I'm looking forward to. I haven't been to Disney since 1987, so lots of changes. But I'm an animal person, so this is what I'm looking forward to. Love me some EPCOT and I'm sure I'll love Hollywood Studios, especially the Star Wars area, but yeah.
Animal Kingdom is just so chill. Hopefully you love it as much as we do!
Awesome! I love the trails. It's my favorite park. Have fun!!!
Animal Kingdom at night is definitely the best! It’s so beautiful! Def an underrated park!
It’s SO pretty!! ✨
just checked the app. Dug is back :)
YAY DUG!!
The Bird Show is a must do & AKs streetmousphere is just magical! Also...the Africa Trek experience is the best thing we've ever done! Can't recommend it enough!❤
yay to being chronically online 🥳
That rope bridge you mentioned, can wheelchairs and ECVs cross it?
I love AK! My favorite park. The animals, the food, the drums and dancers, street corn, learning how to draw at RPW…I could go on. ❤
I love those sketch classes so much!
There were very young giraffes blocking the car for a good five minutes when we were on the safari.
It made my mom VERY happy, because they're her favorite animal
How do we know AJ has some restaurant serving experience in her past life? Yup. She spoke the number this video! "86"!
Have you ever noticed that in the Columbia Harbor House, there is a portrait of the back of a ship in stormy seas on the colonial side? On Haunted Mansion where the collection of portraits is, there's one with a ship on a stormy sea. My theory is it's the same ship same scene at different angles.
Your dFOODb. I would've liked to know about the food that was pictured. A suggested would possibly be to put on the screen, words that tell us: Restaurant, Name of menu item & price. It doesn't have to be big or bold, but it would be pretty cool because I understand that you can't post ALL foods on those food described videos & some of these in Africa were interesting to me. I would have searched Disney's web site for the ingredients & more.
1. Safari; 2. Gorilla Walk; 3. back trail to Pandora; 4. Flight of Passage; 5. Eat at either Satuli Canteen or go to Asia and eat at Yak & Yeti Quik Serve (good bargain for chicken fried rice); 6. Jungle Trek; 7. Expedition Everest (use single rider line); 8. Park hop to Magic Kingdom (dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern or Skipper Canteen - People Mover - then “Happily Ever After” Fireworks.
Sounds like a great day to me!
No Rafiki Planet Watch? Conservation Station and Animation Academy are fun, and you might like the petting zoo. And spend more time at the front of the park. The animal trails there are fun to explore.
Yup, definitely use LL for flight of passage. When my wife and i went on it in may, we had lightening lane and waited about 10 to 15 minutes, the folks riding alongside us waited 3 hours. LL for that day cost us $17 each. Considering the ride...well worth it
Yeah, you spend a lot of money to go to Disney World so there's no point saving $17 to spend 3 hours standing in one line
I was there the weekend before Thanksgiving the year Flight of Passage opened. Lightning Lane was not available for the ride yet. 3 hours got me inside the building, but still an hour from the ride. Fortunately, I was really only there for that ride and the Navi ride. I gave up on the latter as it was listed as more than 2 hours when I finally left Flight. I had lunch and then went to my hotel instead. No tears and I met several interesting people in line. Thankfully, I was alone or it could have been really bad.
I’m going to Disney in 9 days. I have a nice animal kingdom day planned with my daughter for one day. We are planning on going on the safari and dinosaur. We have an adr at yak and yeti also. This is one of my favorite parks. Epcot is my top favorite.
Sounds like an awesome game plan!
I love Epcot too! AK is my second favorite park!
Animal kingdom needs more rides and longer operating hours to justify the ticket cost
Animal Kingdom is my fav park. I never miss anything there
I am going to Disney in 11 days and I watch you to get me hype since day 109
You’re so close now!!! Can’t wait to hear all about it!
Thank you for this guide to Animal Kingdom. On one of my upcoming trips in September or October, my aunt wants to spend some time visiting this park. I like the quiet of Animal Kingdom . It reminds me sometimes of the Bronx Zoo.
Which animals are you most looking forward to seeing?? :)
@@dfbbreea the giraffes.
Also one ot two days per week you can find out at rafikis planet watch eatly in the morning you can watch routine care or minir operations being performed..hakuna matata to everyone
Thank you, AJ! My family has saved all your “25” videos for our trip, WHICH happens to bridge the changeover from Genie+ to LL Multi Pass. Can’t wait to see how this plays out!
That’s awesome! We’ll continue helping ya out with all those Lightning Lane changes as we learn more about ‘em!
I always like listening to you, you have such a happy excited voice. I love it
I love your guys content ❤ just wondering if in your food guide downloads do you specify for each table service restaurant how much time to plan to be in there? I’m sure some are quicker to eat at than others!
Can you do a Magic Kingdom video on tips during Christmas time I'm going for the first time this December
I am too! I leave December 26th. Your idea would be helpful. :)
I’ve never been to animal kingdom. I need to go sometime soon
We had a giraffe in our way once. But the last time we went we had too wait half he for the safari it did not
Open until 8:30 am that was Feb 2021
Question- we will be in the Magic next week 😊 - if I buy Genie + for multiple parks can I book lightening lanes for DAK in the morning THEN while at DAK start stacking some for the evening at Hollywood Studios?
Yes!! Just be careful - rides like Slinky Dog Dash in DHS will book up FAST. So if you wanna prioritize that one, I might still make that selection earlier on in the morning.
Thanks! I appreciate the reply 🤩
Does this mean that... it's time to do the must-do's?! (I miss Stacy ;_;)
Me too! What happened to her?
Using Animal kingdoms early closure to the max and using it to hop over to universal for HHN
Haha, sounds good 😂👍
Ooooooh THAT’LL be fun!
I know how you feel about Pizzafari, but we tend to eat there a lot because it's indoor and air conditioned! During the summer, that's my highest priority when it comes to quick service!
Hey, I get it! Plus, that place has some REALLY awesome art murals!
Character meets, you may get lucky, as in "once in a lifetime lucky": One month before launching my company, I was in AK with my family. The characters were going backstage after the character meet and passed next to us. I got a high five from, of all possible characters, SCROOGE McDUCK himself! I have always considered that a good omen for my business life, and the old duck has delivered.
Animal kingdom and epcot are my favorite parks by far!!!
DITTO!!
@@dfbbreea dude, same!
I love the animal paths! Also just taking a coffee or an alcoholic drink to the area of the tree of life where the turtles are.
YES. The vibes are AH-MAY-ZEENG.
@@dfbbreeait's so peaceful back there!! AK is definitely one of the parks where I do the most vibing. The other's Epcot.
Up Close with Rhinos lets you pet a rhino. Tougher to get than Cindys - only 14 slots a day (plus it's less than $50 before tax). Single rider line is great but not if you want to sit in the front like I do (or rear for that matter).
#1 spend a full day end of list
how do you access the wait list for Disney parks restaurants?
You can get on the waitlist via the app on your phone
On the My Disney Experience App! You’ll search for the restaurant you’re interested in on the app and see if they have a waitlist available. They won’t always, but it’s worth looking into for last-minute seating!
If Disney had to listen to the fans they should’ve given Disney’s Dinosaur a chance
For people planning to take a rideshare out of Animal Kingdom at the end of the park day: be careful that you don’t miss your ride! The vehicles stretch three across all the day down the road and have no front license plate. You can’t see yours coming and it’s hard to find in the lineup unless you go to the end, so you can read all the license plates to find yours.
The rideshare apps tell you the color and make of the car (one shows you a picture), and lets you tell the driver what you are wearing so that he can look out for you.
@@vincent412l7 i know. But, in the dark, all the cars can look the same. My last pickup did not even look for me. She was on her phone when i finally found her, right before the end of my window.
Is queso the same as cheese
Queso IS cheese! It’s just a melty cheese that sometimes has a little more spice and flavors added to it.
Is encanto part in AK
It will be in the future once the Tropical Americas replace Dinoland USA! Stay tuned for future updates!
@@dfbbreea lmk when it’s out
26. Don't bother. Parks are tanking.
17:11 No thanks. I’ve seen enough “Gilligan’s Island” episodes to know not to go on a three hour tour…
🤣
It's not like you'll get involved with poachers.
Early!!🎉
Later
I love your videos but the title for this one should be called "25 things you should do at some point of your life", between private tours, snacks, restaurants, genie+, LL and all other extras you mentioned, you need to be a millionaire to do it all always
#1, don't go. It's like being on the surface of the sun.
