In this vid,,,listen closely, to what I say, about fishing locations, and fisherman,,,,,,each week, I'm showing great spots,,that are absolute excellent peoducers,,90% of the canal, is quiet ,and beautiful,,,and ALL HAVE FISH,,,, thanks for watching!!😎
Thank you! I have just started saltwater fishing (charters or pier fishing) and have never dared to fish the canal before. But your videos are giving me courage to give it a try! Especially if I’m able to safely fish from sandy areas vs trying to fight a fish on the rocks). Can I target other species in the canal besides stripped bass?
EVERYTHING, that swims in salt water,,,passes thru the canal,,,most TARGET, stripers,,,,ive caught cod, winter, and summer flounder, porgy, black sea bass, tautog,,shark, bluefish, squid macks,,,not too much, you CANT catch there,,most target stripers there, because its the stripers nature, to prefer rocky habitat, where bait hangs out,,,theyre latin name means rock fish,,,and they FILL ,the canal at certain times,,,as ipposed to an open giant beach,,hence thier abundance, and popularity, at the canal, and other spots that feature thier specific, perferred enviroment,,,thanks for watching!!😎
Just fantastic Paul. Watching these videos just transports me down there. I can see I am going to have to plan a few days trip (probably next year) and try fishing the canal, perhaps is some of the quieter spots. Cheers Mark
Great video. I appreciate that you say where the closest parking area is to the spot you’re fishing. Makes it much easier for us guys on foot to figure out how to get there.
you need the map,,,,state car, roads,,,are along both sides, of the canal,,,then theres tons of areas on the maps to park,,,then you access the footpath,,,and away you go!!!,,,thanks for watching!!
I enjoyed watching this video you do a great job explaining the maps and the hole locations can't wait for the next videos . I think with this series of videos you will do very well with RUclips subscribers and likes keep up the good work
Thanks, man,,,its way fun, fishing the canal,,,were lucky to be so close to world class fishing,,,really one of the best spots, on the east coast, also,,,its really important to me, that hopefully, young ones, can get bit by the outdoorsman bug,,,its given me, peace, my whole life,,,,,,hope these vids, show, how much fun hunting, and fishing, is,,,than spending so much time online,,,its kinda the main objective,,,its waaaay too rewarding,,,outdoor life, is the only way to go,,,its a great tool, to spread the spirit of this, and,,,,hope some, are getting it,,,,,thanks so much, for watching,,,tight lines!!!😎
Hope I'm making it, somewhat easy, to get striperized,,, 😎
