I have the same ‘keyboard’ internal stairs Lidia & I love them but quickly worked out when you’re walking downstairs (esp at night or when I’m not so alert) it’s hard to differentiate where the steps are/end! Even my cat struggled. It looked like a slippery slide. We had to put white reflective strips at the base of each step. I hope you don’t have the same issue X
