We had structure and our own government set up already. If y’all remember the Black Wall Street massacre, ask yourself how Black folks fresh out of slavery acquired their own town full of black businesses with banks and acres of land. The massacre took place in 1921 bust slavery was abolished in 1865. Thats too short of time for Blacks to had established an entire town. There were plenty of other massacres all across the country we haven’t heard about because they’ve erased most of our history. The goal is to make us believe we have no attachment to this land so we can’t claim our birthright. We always been here. We are the real aboriginals,indigenous, natives.
Some black people were here already and some were brought over from Africa. Plus 56 years is plenty of time to build A city. Most black people don't want to admit where the money came from to buy cities like Tulsa. The majority of them were paid for through prostitution. Most successful black businesses in general were started the same way. Why do you think madam CJ Walker had madam as a prefix for her name. Native Americans didn't have any money to start these cities. If they did reservations wouldn't have been in the condition that they were in and still are in. There's no shame in the way black people bought those cities because when people have nothing you have to do whatever it takes to survive. This imaginary Indian wealth just simply doesn't exist and our ancestors went through to much to give credit to another group for the things black people achieved especially in such a short time period. If you don't believe me just look up the majority of wealthy black people from that era and you'll see that they either started a brothals or a church for the most part to become wealthy. Native Americans had absolutely nothing to do with the funding of those cities. Some black people do have native American ancestry ,but that's a separate issue.
