I absolutely loved this episode! I live in a super mild region of the Southwest of Ireland, we haves most of those plants too. I am focussed on mostly edible plants/trees, i.e. ornamentals which can be eaten. Thank you for sharing this beautiful visit!

Lambs quarters, truly, are better than spinach. At my community garden, hilariously, people are working hard to get their veggies to grow while I just pick the "weeds!"
Lol look what pest are my food. I love the concept of growing garden vegetables. There are pecans trees everywhere where we live at in Georgia. Thanks for sharing this. Thumbs up 👍

I need the underground green house, everything I plant seems to go to the critters, I don't have the heart to chase them away, I know I need to wall the garden off, oh well. Thanks for sharing.

Wow ~ how did you find this couple? This is so wonderful that they let you make a video of them and their property. They designed a fabulous and expansive garden area. I had no idea you could eat Yucca flowers!! Looking forward to see what you continue to plant on your land. Ciao😘
They were suggested by a friend to Stijn so he contacted her several months ago and we were finally able to go and explore their property. We learned so much! It's so hot now we will have to wait until fall to start planting again. The Yucca was surprisingly delicious 😋 It would be great to add to a salad for a little crunch!
