Wow, you make it look so easy and smooth, much like Yngwie himself. Thanks for sharing your amazing talent.

All spot on! And that tasty blues lick near the end! Magnificent...a lot of nostalgia listening to the cassettes as a teenager

Great break down of the solo but difficult to believe this was written 37 years ago. I wonder if we will ever get a new guitarist coming out at any time soon that will make as many waves.....

Man, that makes me feel old. Hard to think of anyone doing anything that could surprise in the way of Yngwie or Eddie, in that there's lots of great players, but guys where you are like wtf?

The lick at 0:20 is soo Ritchie Blackmore. Reminds me of a lick from Lazy, and many he played on the Made in Japan record.

Oh yeah, exactly! I was thinking the same thing when I was learning it, totally a lick from 'Lazy' , Ritchie was a huge influence on Yngwie (especially in his blues phrasing) ,really cool stuff!

You break This down beautifully, thank you so much! I noticed your choice of fingerings is interesting...such as lick 2.
You chose to use the index for all of the lower notes of the ascending pedal sequence (including D flat on the B string), which sets up for playing the G and D notes by rocking the middle finger, and finishing with the A and A sharp on the E string with the pinky.
My preference was to use index for E string, and alternate the ring and middle fingers on the B string, then changing position so the index can rock between the E and B, allowing the middle and ring to play the last 2 notes on the E.
    BUT, your way feels more...natural?
    Weird.

Thanks very much. The thing is this Lick 2 is a bit different then Yngwie's usuall pedal licks and also because of the following part I found that this fingering works best for me, of course if you feel more comfortable using a different approach to get the notes out that's fine. Thanks again!
