Thx for all the info!!!! You were very informative!!!!!!!! GOD BLESS!!!!!!
Ocala Fl vs any place in California can not be compared. Everything is cheaper in Ocala, but the pay is also different. 4 year degree and average job, pay is 50,000k compared to 100,000 to 200,000 in California. You can live in Ocala in a house 1800 to 2500 Sq ft home, swimming pool and two or three garage. No HOA no cdd no bonds. You have to look.
Sadly I had three properties I bought in the 1960's and sold them for peanuts, I think the two in Ocala cost about $500.00, the one in Bellview Heights was about $700.00, they were about 1/4 acre's.The taxes were about $45.00 a year per lot. I held onto them until the 80's and didn't really see them appreciate much. I wish I had kept them considering what that area has become.Hindsight sucks. I live in Delaware now but would still love to be there. Did I forget to mention I also owned land in Melbourne, Punta Gorda and a salt water canal lot in Cape Coral. I love the layouts of the homes there, very open floor plan. My home in De. is 3,400 sq. ft. on an acre with a pond in the rear and the taxes are only $1,700.00 a year. I built it in 2008 and thought about going smaller as I am a widower. I also owned and renovated a condo in Vero Beach a few years ago but didn't like be tied to an association so I stupidly sold that also. Maybe it's not too late to build in Florida!
Your videos are awesome❤❤
Have you moved to CA from LV?

I’m trying to get my friend Perry to move out of Reseda to Florida but he won’t leave bc of the humidity
Love your videos 😊❤
Iowa city and Ocala
good video.... of course, Ocala is BY FAR the winner! BTW, you do not pronounce Ocala correctly.
O CAL A not O CALL A Thanks
I strongly agree with you. Can you do a comparison at Deland or Port Orange Florida? We will not be moving for about 2 yrs. From Ohio. It’s very cheap here living. Thank you.
