Not really. The problem about Move Studio is that it's a very compromised version of Sony Vegas Pro that doesn't include the most essential effects and tools. You should definitely try to switch to SVP.
theletterisb thank you for the fast respond, I've found that Sony movie studio is very similar in terms of video editing that I do for my channel. But effects such as this I did on adobe after effects and it was just as simple 😁

Ich persönlich würde zu einen Umstieg raten da das Masking Tool mit Abstand eins der wichtigsten Werkzeuge ist um viele coole Effekte zu schaffen. Desweiteren ist die Hüllkurve das perfekte Tool um ein Video mit Musik und Effekten zu synchronisieren!
*!!! POSSIBLE SOLUTION !!!* If anyone is having issues with the effect applying to the whole project - select the bottom track and select "Make Compositing Child" in video track options, then the same with the middle one and then a top one (which is an effect itself). I highly suggest selecting all of them after that and then clicking "G" to merge them together - will be much easier to relocate them in a single move :)

Hey bro I subbed but have a small suggestion. If possible, use English as the on screen language. Its dope as hell that youre doing this in your second language, but sometimes it's a little hard to follow whats going on on screen when its in another language! May help your channel grow mate. Thank you for your suggestion. I tried to change the language of the programm to English but unfortunately every time I tried to change it, it became half German and half English instead. With that I decided to leave it on German and translate all key parts of the tutorial so everyone could still follow me. I hope for your understanding! Besides that I can only say that I will get the new Vegas Pro 15 next week and I will try to change it to English once again!

I think I have been looking up gltich sound effects on youtube and mixed them up for this tutorial. If you are looking for sound effects I would also suggest freesound.org you can download sfx for free there!
Big problem for me is that i ruin the hole video when I just use the displacement map one the first video track, cause all clips getting displaced.;( please help me out guys
After you are done using the effect, render the part where you want the effect on and import it back into Vegas. Then delete the displacement effect/track etc.

Hey there, thanks for asking. There's a simple fix to it. After you are done with the text animation, render the animation as a .mov with a transparent background (or .mp4 if you don't need a transparent background) and set back all video tracks back to their default settings. This way none of the animation effects will be applied to any other elements within your project. After that simply import your text back into VEGAS Pro. I hope I was able to help you! If you dont want to do that, you can rlight click on the layer beginning, selects show visable buttons, click compositing parent and child, then click on the bars, this is going to be your parent, what makes the effects and its children pretty much do what it says if that makes sense, then; you can select the little circle with a triangle on the layers you want to become children and have the effect happen on them and then it should only effect those layers you have selected. I hope my parent and child thing makes sense, the parent will control what goes on, and the children will abide by it, so whatever you make the parent as, the children will do what it says if that makes sense, anyways. I did this on Sony Vegas Pro 15 & nothing happened - sure, the effects did come in, but no animation. Is there a possibility you can do a more up to date version of the glitch effect?

I'm having an issue with the SMPTE bars. Half the screen will be working how it should, but the other side is frozen on the screen and completely ignoring the properties and stuff. I've tried doing it over and over, and on other formats but it still stays the same. Do you happen to know why? Thanks for the tutorial though, I got it half working haha. I'm using Sony Vegas. :)

Hey bro I subbed but have a small suggestion. If possible, use English as the on screen language. Its dope as hell that youre doing this in your second language, but sometimes it's a little hard to follow whats going on on screen when its in another language! May help your channel grow mate. Thank you for your suggestion. I tried to change the language of the programm to English but unfortunately every time I tried to change it, it became half German and half English instead. With that I decided to leave it on German and translate all key parts of the tutorial so everyone could still follow me. I hope for your understanding!
Besides that I can only say that I will get the new Vegas Pro 15 next week and I will try to change it to English once again!

I think I have been looking up gltich sound effects on youtube and mixed them up for this tutorial. If you are looking for sound effects I would also suggest freesound.org you can download sfx for free there!

Big problem for me is that i ruin the hole video when I just use the displacement map one the first video track, cause all clips getting displaced.;( please help me out guys
After you are done using the effect, render the part where you want the effect on and import it back into Vegas. Then delete the displacement effect/track etc.

Hey there, thanks for asking. There's a simple fix to it. After you are done with the text animation, render the animation as a .mov with a transparent background (or .mp4 if you don't need a transparent background) and set back all video tracks back to their default settings. This way none of the animation effects will be applied to any other elements within your project. After that simply import your text back into VEGAS Pro. I hope I was able to help you! If you dont want to do that, you can rlight click on the layer beginning, selects show visable buttons, click compositing parent and child, then click on the bars, this is going to be your parent, what makes the effects and its children pretty much do what it says if that makes sense, then; you can select the little circle with a triangle on the layers you want to become children and have the effect happen on them and then it should only effect those layers you have selected. I hope my parent and child thing makes sense, the parent will control what goes on, and the children will abide by it, so whatever you make the parent as, the children will do what it says if that makes sense, anyways. hello!! um im kindve facing some trouble i dont know exactly whats happening but each time i add the tv and pixelate it moves my logo and i dont know how to fix it :(
I'm having an issue with the SMPTE bars. Half the screen will be working how it should, but the other side is frozen on the screen and completely ignoring the properties and stuff. I've tried doing it over and over, and on other formats but it still stays the same. Do you happen to know why? Thanks for the tutorial though, I got it half working haha. I'm using Sony Vegas. :)
