Well, that's why it's still being worked on, they might add some more hunting animations

They really need add more death animations for the smaller herbivores and feathered animals
Would've been cool if some of the kill animations had the Utahraptor pinning down prey with its sickle claw, like how it's thought to have done by Paleontologists. It kinda does that with the really small animals, but it'd be better if the Utahraptor did that with the Ornithomimids and other similarly sized animals.
The modified velociraptor calls are so good
I pray every day that the devs will one day add an update that will allow some of the larger herbivores like hadrosaurs and sauropods to more meaningfully defend themselves. The fact that in the first JWE a velociraptor could singlehandedly take down an edmontosaurus was ridiculous
Not to mention in this game a single ceratosaurus can take down an Alamosaurus and 4 raptors can bring down a Dreadnoughtus

Same here, I expected they would hunt similar to Yuty.
We still need a bit variety in kill animations
Still disappointed in lack of varied animations, mechanics, decorations, human interactions, and bug fixes
Instead we get more dinosaurs, and some of them having the SAME repeated animations time and time again. I want my dinosaurs to feel unique in ANY way shape or form
We still don't even have pterosaurs walking
Frontier can do better than this, they're heavily capable of listening to the community. They just need to put a little bit more effort
I agree to you. But there is only one upcoming DLC, and I hope we get Defense mechanism for Sauropods and Pterosaurs walking at least for the Quetz as a free update along with any new Dinosaurs.
I am kinda dissapointed that they basically recycled so much of the Velociraptor sounds, it reminds me of what they did with Megalosaurus.
Like, i get it, its a Giant raptor.. but it could have been more original like what the filmakers did with Atrociraptors or what the game did with austrolovenator.

The biggest raptor the worlds ever seen. It must be the size of a horse or zebra or whatever.
Finally they have an updated version of the featherless Utahraptors with pronated wrists lol

Desde que salio Australovenator, los carnívoros pequeños se han dividido en 2 clases, la pequeña en la cuál pertenecen especies como Velociraptor, Dilophosaurus, Pyroraptor, etc y la grande en la cual pertenecen Australovenator incluyendo a los nuevos Utahraptor y Concavenator, al parecer esta última clase puede luchar y vencer individualmente a carnívoros de "tamaño mediano-clase pequeña"; en los medianos esto también se aplica, ya que en la clase pequeña pertenecen especies como Baryonyx, Megalosaurus, Yutyrannus, etc, y en la clase grande pertenecen especies como Carnotaurus, Allosaurus, Ceratosaurus, etc, esto es algo realmente interesante (pero todo esto solo es una clasificación mía).
En conclusión los dinosaurios carnívoros de "tamaño pequeño-clase grande" (Utah, Austra y Conca) no pueden cazar en manadas a dinosaurios grandes, pueden enfrentarse a carnívoros de "tamaño mediano-clase pequeña" y también pueden desafiar a los medianos-clase grande (Ejem: Carnotaurus) y grandes (Ejem: T-rex) pero simplemente no pueden hacer nada ya que mueren de un ataque.
