#1 - Freezing then really warm: This is hypothermia. You are literally freezing to death. You need to IMMEDIATELY change locations to somewhere warm AND change out of your clothes making you cold to something warm.
#2 - Stroke: explained in the vid.
#3 - Cinnamon smell: Cover up for cyanide, likely. Cyanide has an almondy smell, and almonds contain minute traces of cyanide. (Don't worry about eating too much, you'll have to go through like what, 45 ounces of most commercial sweet almonds to get that much cyanide. You'll likely throw up from the food volume before then.)
#4 - Tsunami: Explained
#5 - Crayons are made of wax, and this wax melts particularly slowly
#6 - Square waves: This is an indicator of a riptide. Riptides look odd as noted, but have EXTREMELY strong currents that can, and will drag you out to sea. Do NOT fight against the current, swim parallel to the beach.

Guys remember the heating effect only happens at the end stages of hypothermia by then you'd already be very unresponsive,and the heating effects happens because your body can no longer vasoconstrict to keep blood near your head and body and all your vessels vasodilate and it feels as if your body gets warmer

Explanations:
Freezing - When you are cold, your blood vessels contract, but since those vessels are muscles and muscles get tired, they eventually slacken which makes you think that you are warm when you're not.
Drunk but not - Strokes make you slur your speech and seem drunk, so people assume that those people are just drunk. You cannot hold a smile while having a stroke without it drooping.
Cinnamon - People would poison other people's drinks, but it would smell weird which is a dead giveaway, so people began to put cinnamon into people's drinks so it didn't smell bad.
Tsunami - The water recedes unusually far to put more water into a wave/the tsunami.
Crayon - Crayons are made of wax which is flammable? Not really much to say :\
Square waves - This is a type of current and wave pattern that can yank you underwater and make you drown if you swim in it.
Lightning - Static electricity gathers and prepares for a lightning strike which makes your hair stand straight up.

Just so that this is there, the kind of heating he is referring to typically happens at high altitudes where it is cold, and when you begin to feel hot, it is due to lack of oxygen and will make you subconsciously start removing your clothes. A few dozen people have died in this way on Mt Everest alone. Not a good way to go.

There is a big difference between being so cold you could die, and being outside in the cold and suddenly feeling warm. I live in a colder climate, and if you’re out for a walk or run when it’s cold you will get warmer, so you might wanna remove the jacket. If you are completely exhausted and in such cold weather you are getting frostbite and such, do not under any circumstances remove clothing. Heating up is the body burning the last of its energy to try and not die. Keep that energy for as long as you can.
And to add to this, if you reach the point that your body does get really hot you have most likely already gone delirious and will not be thinking about this video. I am an avid outdoorsman and have heard many stories of people who refused help then died of hypothermia because at that stage you have lost all sanity

No , when we feel cold the blood vessels in our body contracts to provide blood to important parts of the body. But soon vessels start to slack off (get tired) and they go back in normal size allowing the hot blood to flow to your limbs that's why you feel hot

if you ever get a frostbite, never put your hands/feet into hot water. it can seriously damage your tissues. use lukewarm water first (it will still feel boiling) and then slowly rise the water's temperature. please take your time with it.
also, generally, if you're dealing with hypothermia, don't sit close to a heat source upon finding shelter. jumping from very low to a very high temperature too quickly can give you a shock. drink something lukewarm, sit away from the heat source and slowly move closer.

Okay so when i had PE at school, the teachers forced us too play football in the rain outside, we already asked them if we could go inside but they said that it cant be too bad. So we continued to play, and after some time we began to hear thunders. We didnt mind UNTIL everyones hair started to stand up high (only strands BUT STILL HAIR YK)
We were actually pretty scared and wanted to ask the teachers to go in
(They still did NOTHING)

Hi, biologist here. That's not why people take their clothes off when they're in severe hypothermia. If you're at that point, you're already screwed, cuz your body is dying and your epidermal nerves are dying.
