Man, i really wish they would make another overworld like the snes super mario world, finding all the hidden paths and secrets had a magical fell they could´t nail since. Oh well porbably never going to happen, but a man can dream.
For me even if they did it wouldnt the same. Because i was a child when i exp smw and thats as much(maybe more) an ingredient as the game and its adored characteristics. And without being child who hadnt exp it yet likely that magic cant ever be created again. Not all the way atleast.

How long did it take for him to realize that you CAN slope-kill enemies other than Piranha Plants? Actually, the game is really good and indicating how exactly an enemy is damaging you; the Plants bite you when you run into them, for example

Bratan? 29:00 He must have watched someone else play or played it himself? sorry but no offence, a monkey could´ve figured out you can groundpund the tree. The second i saw the whole situation "breakable blocks, ramming enemy from the right, tree in front of blocks jiggle but others dont" i instantly knew groundpounding the tree would be the way to solve this. a child would´ve figured that out, because the game is designed for children, way to go off on someone because you are a little slow... holy ego. And no i didn´t watch someone, you are my first exposure to this game.

It's a N64 challenge game he currently has on stream. It's painfully long and frustrating
He's at 100+ hours on this n64 japanese horse racing simulator. He even bought a copy of the strategy guide in Japanese, hoping to get somebody to translate some strats for him. It's horsey hell. Lol

Counterpoint to your argument that the Mario games have always had the same level of difficulty: Forest of Illusion in SMW. Those levels required finding alternate/secret exits as part of the main path, with no tutorials or hand holding.
They do that in this game in a few later levels

lol at him saying the guy knowing ahout the trees must have watched someone else already play to know something like that. It's just super obvious when certain trees move and others don't when you step on them. Nintendo don't exactly make cryptic puzzles.
