This trail is in Hornsby. If you look up hornsby mtb trail or old man's valley in maos, it'll pop up with the location. For renting a bike, I'd say look into bike shop around tge Hornsby area for ease. Cheers.

It's up the top near the Hornsby pool, you'll see the starting point if you look at the big map
