This video dates back 15 years and does not reflect the current reality in Iran. The situation in the country has changed significantly since then. Those sharing this clip repeatedly aim to create the impression that life in Iran is favorable, advocating for the West and figures like Trump to engage with the mullahs’ oppressive regime. The individuals promoting this narrative are often aligned with communists, democrats, and globalists. However, the truth is that today, 90 to 95 percent of Iranians are deeply dissatisfied with and resent their government, strongly desiring its overthrow.

Rick's the dude! Thanks for pushing past the stigmas and preconceptions to teach us something new about a place that's otherwise difficult to learn about. It seems like a beautiful and rich culture. Their young population give me hope in this rough world. I would love to travel there one day. Hopefully when the travel restrictions are lifted for my country.

Impossible while we have a Khazarian banking mafia trying to take control of the world, but bearing in mind that just like India, Russia, China and every other one of the 44 countries who signed away the peoples'' souls in 1944, Iran is included in the sell out! The more you know!!

As an Iranian , we have a lot of history (Oldest country in the world ) but we ARE NOT Islamic Republic
They are not our goverment. they've stolen our country for 45 years and They are destroying our culture and Iran's reputation.
our currency have declined to the most worthless world's currency.
today, Tehran(our capital) is the dirtiest city in the world
just look to our previous goverment (Mohammad Reza Shah) to see Iran's glory era
I hope one day we see good old days again

Great shots and tour, the Ancient History of Persia was indeed wonderful and magnificent. The Shah was very proud of it. The Persian people were great.
Some of the more recent history and current truths I suppose they were censored out. The current govt of Iran is run by Arabs/ Islamist extremists (not Persians) who over threw the Shah govt. The Shah tried very hard to modernize the country but made a few mistakes in his hast trusting the extremist religious Islamist sects/fanatics was one of them and the govt was over thrown..
During Shahs time Iran was very friendly and close even to Israel and America.
Shame about Iranian govt hostility and hatred of Israel today and actually of the govts (not the Persian people) hatred of the US/West.

For a person like Rick Steve I tend to believe either he didn’t want to spend time to dig deep enough to get to the facts or he used resources that were politically biased.
