We own a 2015 Jayco Jayflight 29qbs and love it! Today (2023) 8 years later everything on the trailer is intact, i mean perfect. The only thing we have replaced is the propane tank regulator, one day out of the blue the gas stopped flowing, order a new regulator and bingo. Super happy with Jayco ❤
I live in this year Baja model with no slide outs. It raises the trailer up a few inches giving it a smoother tow in tighter situations. Highly recommend this to people starting out. Mine is also 27 ft from bumper to tongue
Jayco makes some of the best travel trailers. I’ve been really impressed. The Jay Flight trailers are very very nice. I’d rather have one of these over a fiberglass unit.
Great review. These are awesome units. My son bought one March 2022 and I was amazed at the quality. My father owned several Jayco’s over 20 years of RV-ing and swore by them. I now know what he was talking about and am myself a believer.
Great trailer. If you get the optional small refrigerator under the bunk, where does it plug in? I like the idea of having a small frig accessible from the outside for drinks.
how do you keep your batteries safe when they are outside the unit? i wish you can come up with a way to protect the fresh water inlets, having them exposed make me very nervous (the outside shower is locked!) i love the fact that you can access the outside storage on the inside.
Advantages both ways. Slides add a bit of weight, but open up the interior significantly. For those who have the towing capacity, slide models are a popular option. - Mike
I appreciate your reviews as they are very well presented and in depth. We ended up with this exact exact spec last fall and really love it. It’s our third new travel trailer and after experiences with quality control on some aluminum framed/Azdel campers with more features this has been a breath of fresh air. It is mechanically simple, has better materials and finish and is definitely the camper I would want to own long term. The storage capacity without the fridge is amazing as we are a family of mountain bikers and it swallows up all of our gear amd accommodates 5 of us wonderfully fir it’s footprint. Another point is how well these tow for their size, very comfortable to tow with a half ton with zero stress. The way the frame integrated into the a frame front keeps the unit lower overall than most trailers with that kind of interior height which really aids towing. Overall, in an era with more and more complex campers, bigger price tags, amd future issues to deal with, this thing is a breath of fresh air. 👍
I just picked up my 2023 264bhw yesterday and forgot to ask, but still havent been able to figure out what the w is for. Whats the difference between BH and BHW because i dont see any. I have different interior colors but thats all i notice.
What is your opinion on this one vs the East to West SILVER LAKE LE 25BHLE? Is the King bed in the East to West worth the small tradeoffs between these two trailers?
I'll never understand why the designs of the trailers focus on having the main bed in the front? Just why? I'd switch the bunks and main bed or better yet get rid of bunks altogether.
do your research......jayco bought by Thor industries ......one of the worst customer service and problems etc in the RV industry ......dont take my word for it ,do some quick searches on the net ..............too bad as the older Jay Flights had a decent name years ago
How am I going to climb up to the top bunk? My wife sure can't climb up there. No ladder? I don't think So. Give me a Queen sized bed and we will be a lot happier. When your age getting up and down out of a bunk just doesn't cut it. Lol
Depending on time of year and location, these can be purchased for $20-22K USD. I priced one last year in central Texas that was on sale for $19,999 and my son bought one for $21,700 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the same time. They’re an awesome value and excellent build quality.
You're right, John, skipped right over it, sorry about that. First mistake I made since January. I normally make it until May 1st. Thx for watching! -Mike

I love this. it's simple. It's aesthetic. It doesn't have a stupid outdoor tv. It's not full of tech.

How long have lived in it? I’m looking to do the same sometime in future. Just trying to find the right trailer for me.

There is a plug in that compartment for the fridge. -Mike
We have a 2022 for our family of 5, we absolutely love it! Perfect for our needs.
Thanks Courtey!
So many reasons to love Jayco!!

you sold me on this, as this will be my first camper purchase
Can you refer one without the bunk beds and a murphy bed? Love the length and and weight (under 5k lbs) !
Jay Feather Micro 173MRB. I did a short review of this model as well. -Mike
@@VogtRVWorld Thank-you!
Just got a used Jayflight 22. Looking forward to spending some time in it. I like the size and I like that it doesn't have any slides.
Great build! Excellent presentation with plenty of good info and humor -love it!
Would be nice if you would mention prices when you have a walk through!
Do the windows open and is there is TV mount in the kitchen area?
Definitely needs a fridge, it is so handy with an out door fridge.
I like this trailer. Is is better to have slides or NO Slides? I don't have rv and never had one but thinking to get one for family off 4 Thank you

That's great, and thanks very much for your feedback after having used your unit for some time. Appreciate your comments! -Mike
Goodyear & Cooper Tires are both American owned and American made tire companies.
Awesome!
Much better walk around and walk through, thank you 🙏
Thanks for the kind words. -Mike
Nice simple trailer that looks really good! The only thing I'm missing is a medicine cabinet in the bathroom...😢

Also just realized i don't have the blue led over the bed or the mount for the TV on the divider wall you mentioned at the end.
Are the frames welded better than the competitors?
Thanks for the great review Mike. 👍
Hello I am living in Canada. May I ask the mrsp of this RV trailer? Thank you. And where can I see the demo in Toronto and nearby?

Have you ever thought about maybe instead of sm couch put in a reclining chair

I like everything about that except the shower situation.
excellent video
Could this be towed with a 2011 Chevy Tahoe?
Great content 👌
Cordless drill with a 3/4" driver? Just a little bit of overkill for what you need it to do I'd say.
It makes dropping the jacks much faster. You can certainly do it old-school with the provided crank. All good. Thx for watching. -Mike
Beautiful RV 🎉
How much 29' jayco?
Where's all the tvs?
Great review!!!
Love this model!!!
Jayco is the best
WHAT ABOUT the fridge?? You miss it!!
Jayco has 4 sides to their drawers? Nice

I guess if you were gonna live in it the price would be worth it. Three times a year camping, Depreciation= NOT.
Look for inventory clearance or holdovers. I'm getting a brand new 2022 sonic 220vbh for 24k. New in 2022 it was 52k and the 2023s get into the 60s
