However, producer Frank Farian (now deceased) could not be sued as the the contracts specifically stated that Rob and Fab were "entertainers" and not singers. It's a cold world -- RIP Rob Pilatus.
3:29 that’s not David spade
Jenny slate. Really. How the hell does she land on this list? She is not the first nor the last one to have dropped an F bomb on SNL. And hell even those who did say it never got punished. She just was not brought back. Like many others in the shows history.
To Sinéad O Connor, good for you👍
Good for you what? Her career took a dive; it never recovered; she suffered from mental illness afterwards and became a recluse after her son comitted suicide in 2023 - don't think it worked out too well do you?
@@juicyfruit4378 YOU ARE SO PATHETIC AND EVEN PRETTY STUPID WITH REMARKS LIKE YOURS! SHAME ON YOU! AFTER ALL, PEOPLE HAVE A RIGHT TO THEIR OPINIONS JUST AS MUCH AS YOURS! YOU JUST CANNOT BE SO RIGHT ALL THE TIME!
The irony of hearing Matt Lauer interview Paula Deen about inappropriate actions
Whod'a thunk the Watch MOJO channel would CLICKBAIT? I mean, seriously. It's always been my go to for factual information. 😂😂
Love SNL but a lot on this list lost a lot after performing in SNL lol
Sinead was right!
no she wasn't. There are better ways to express one's dissatisfaction and her's wasn't good - she chose unwisely and never recovered.
@@juicyfruit4378lmfao why r u replying to every comment that says sinead was right with the same old bs?? 😂😂😂 u need to get a hobby or something
@@badmotorfinger1706 And why are you replying to me in the first place? Sounds like you need a hobby more than I do. If you want to hurl insults, let me know as if I wanted to hear from an azzhole, I would have farted. Now get back on the short bus where you belong.😂😂😂😂😂😂
Title is kinda clickbait since most of these Celebes either bounced back or were on their way down long before these ‘flubs’ happened. 🤷♀️
You say they ruined thier career then go on to say how well they did
AJ Clemente is so relatable
Looking forward to Mojo's most recycled lists.
I loved David Spade as Better Call Saul.
😂
SNL destroys careers
That would make a great rock song 😂😂
Perfect way to start the video 😂
The Chappelle's HOWARD DEAN......
BBBYYYYAAAHHHHH!!!!☝️
If that 3rd season would've rolled normally... THAT would've been the NEW "IM RICK JAMES B....."
Its SOOOOOOO FUNNY!!
16. should have been Timberlake. 14. Travolta just looked stupid, but didn't ruin his career. 6. I felt bad for Howard Dean he just got happy. 5. Freedom of speech, agree with her or not. 3. Everyone doesn't keep up with celebrity lives. It was just a mistake.
Imagine being angry at someone for calling out a religious group that’s been sexually abusing children for decades (or longer) and… not the religious group that’s been sexually abusing children for decades. (Or longer.)
Rest well, Sinead.
whats funny is if jaida was a better human being i think people would have been more forgiving of will as a husband defending his wifes honor. but the real reason people dont have any sympathy for him is because she is a trash human being that treats him like trash and does not deserve to be defended.
The Rocket Report wasn’t bad actually. It was cool watching him tour NYC.
How about The Hulkster gets booed on Raw recently.
I think the Hulkster is suffering from some mental issues.
First Night 2013 was the stuff of legend. A must watch for everyone.
The Segal on 4/20!!!a
That's a blazing session that's a laugh fest!
He's soooooo terrible on it it's 🤣🤣🤣
19:15 Ironically, her claims about The Pope were proven true years later.
Not to mention the Catholic Church as well. After all, I already had given up on the Church many years ago and became an ATHEIST with absolute conviction and pride since then.
Old news, some didn’t “ruin” their careers - oh my the sensual SSB was painful. It equates to a TopChef who didn’t taste their food.
Kathy Lee’s meltdown on her 90’s show after reports of child labor producing her clothing should have ended her
Hi Ms.Mojo
Dixie Chicks were blacklisted
Yes they were because of the lead singers big mouth. There is no problem voicing your concerns; it's HOW YOU DO IT, what causes backlash or praise. In this case, the group should have continued to sing and make hits. Their political views were not why their music was being bought - it was their talent
Their political views should have been kept separate. They chose unwisely and guess what? -- they got blacklisted.
@@juicyfruit4378 I didn't say I was on any side. They just came to mind when I watched the video. Calm down.
@ Did I write you were in any side? No I didn’t now, did I? Maybe you should be the one calming down? Learn how to read what was written instead of what your emotional imagination contrived
@@juicyfruit4378 lol
@@juicyfruit4378 You sound like a typical McCarthyite fool who believes in the true meaning of so-called "cancel culture" like from the past when those who have different political views end up getting the awful treatment of "cancellation" by right-wing U.S. politicians, like Joe McCarthy! Shame on you for your BIG MOUTH attitude!
This list is so bad. “Celebrities who lost their careers. Just kidding they’re still around!” Why does Watch Mojo videos always feel so stiff and forced
Sinead was right the whole time but noone wanted to believe her
that awkward moment where they just called bob odenkirk, david spade. YIKES.
2:28 It paid off after 10 years at least 😂 for NYE 2023
Again I'm going to have to say this due to them faking singing understand that the careers failed but one of them passed away due to a dr3g od after this happened.
“Celebrities who destroyed their careers…”
*this celebrity continued their job for years
*Son of the Mask ruined Jamie Kennedy's career*
so, Fergie doesn't understand the lyrics to the anthem? She thinks it's about orgasms?
Never realized this, but yes!
I got the impression she got a flashback of being Ella Fitzgerald or got confused where she was - a local jazz club maybe??? WTF was that??? I'm still laughing about it.
You only made it to the fourth one before you admit yourself that their careers aren't destroyed. Why make a top 20 list, if you only have 3 legit entries?
Never lip sync unless you are Michael Jackson because Moonwalking is enough.
That was more Justin's fault
So if you KNOW the wardrobe malfunction was NOT Janet's fault, then WHY is she on your list of celebrities who ruined their own careers? And just to add a HUGE side note: Explain to me why Janet's career was flushed yet Justin saw ZERO negative backlash and NOT ONCE stood up for Janet NOR extended an apology to MTV nor the NFL and fans for what happened. I recall CLEARLY that Janet DID those things. She apologized for the accidental incident to MTV, NFL AND all the fans. WHILE defending Justin.
Tell me you're contradicting your own list without saying you're contradicting your own list, Mojo.
1:01 - Dancing isn't why Iggy vanished. It was an entirely separate issue that tanked her.
Stupid sensationalism! These peoples' careers were not *destroyed*! Clickbait!
Jobs? Yes. Careers? No. I mean, Jenny Slate is still active in Hollywood. WatchMojo makes me SMH sometimes.
@@jimb.7523 You too?
They literally said, "we're including people who made a comeback."
Howard Dean's audience: "yaaay--awwww"
how many times a year do they do this video.
Matt Laur with Paula Deen was pretty funny.
Y’all chose the wrong Mariah Carey live moment lol
Yes, the christmas song blunder or her dancing at the Vegas when she was somewhat heavier was to die for.
4:37 wow that's Joker's arc lol.
I still don't get why Sinead got into so much trouble. She wasn't wrong. 🙌
Howard Dean's career was never destroyed by his scream, his distance third place showing in Iowa did that.
