Ban Vinai Refugee Camp in Thailand, a center primarily housed the Hmong refugee from Laos 1975 to 1992. The majority of these people went to the United States, some repatriated back to Laos and other areas in Thailand.
In November 2018, we had a chance to go back to the camp and every things were not the same.
