Something just came to my mind. There was an abandoned storyline from Russel T Davies Sarah Jane adventures where Sarah’s adopted daughter Sky who was biologically human was going to be the villain Trickster’s daughter. The Trickster was part of the Pantheon of Discord. Perhaps Maestro and the Toy maker are other members and Ruby is the Trickster’s daughter.
Now that sounds plausible.
Honestly I think ruby is the daughter of the oldest child of the toymaker, since we know they were there on that Christmas (due to what maestro said)
It's a good guess but it's a misdirection. Forget the pantheon. Wrong set of gods. And yes that is a clue.
I just realised that when the 10th Doctor was dying and met Rose in New Year 2005, Ruby was 8 days old
I'm missing something? Didn't ruby say she was born in 2004? She would be 1

Susan Twist is Susan Foreman who will be Ruby's mum. Making Ruby The Doctor's great granddaughter.
It's possible, but Susan was left in the 1960s. Also I can't see her being the type of person to abandon her child
2150 after the Dalek invasion of earth. She lived as a human and had a son who died during the story where she reunited with the doctor (Paul McGan). Not sure where she went after that or if she was as involved in the Time War, but it’s very possible
It's possible she is Susan Foreman but Ruby was scanned by the Doctor, she is human. If she was related to Susan she would have time lord DNA.

I just assumed that it's The First. Introduced back in 2021, the first living being in the universe they basically got their love for living beings twisted up and want to destroy everything so life can start over

They mentioned the pantheon, which makes me think the trickster is involved. His eps are the only other time that its mentioned.

The one who waits is Trickster. In episode 2 they mentioned "pantheons". And in episode 1 Ruby's mother looks like Trickester
Russel T Davies said the villain is linked to the 3rd Doctor in an interview. I believe it is going to be OMEGA. Who first appeared in the 3rd Doctors special "The 3 Doctors".

@gordonjohn I kept thinking of omega when the doctor was having flashbacks about Ruby that made snow appear! Remember 2 and 3 realize that in Omega's antimatter universe they can think things into existence, and they team up to escape.

What if Ruby is an Ysgaroth? There's a legend in doctor who lore that the great vampires (Ysgaroth) had a child that was taken from them. The theory has usually been that it's the doctor seeing as they're the timeless child but what if it's Ruby?
Maybe she could be an angel? Or a demon? A god? Whatever she is, I think she'll be supernatural. Not a timelord.
Maybe that when Ruby thinked Snow in existence, it was because she was in TARDIS and now it little uncovered her abilities
The oldest one might be a giggle of origin, and Ruby's mother pointed at the doctor expressing to watch over Ruby
Millie dropping the expression „Element of SURPRISE“ and Ncuti‘s head turn straight after, followed by „and we won’t say anything more“ and Millie pressing her first against her mouth. Yeah, this might involve the Trickster.
The Doctor lost his game with the Celestial Toymaker, and the 15 Doctor exists in a fantasy world because what they think about becomes real.
Omega Omega is the first Time Lord who gave the time travelling abilities but if Ruby is a Gallifrian or one of the Others from an alternative reality of the doctor's timelines this means maybe she is going to be revealed to be something the Doctor has encountered before in a very different place in E Space a guardian of light or darkness. Twisting Ruby's origins around the other variant doctor's encounter with Omega and Rani or even River Song or Susan Foreman ( Flood, and River and Ruby seem to affect reality as well. Weeping Angel could come to mind. Library the child in that what became of her?

the susan "twist" might be that she's the last boss they all keep talking about.
Ruby Sunday could be anyone's daughter. It could be a former companion or a villain. Her name Ruby Sunday could be anagram. Rose Tyler is one possibility. Rose is a pink flower, whilst ruby is a gem that is pinkish red.
Missy also mentioned having a daughter.

Ruby Sunday also has the same initials as River Song and she defeated the Maestro with a Song. Whenever you least expect it, there is always a Song. :-)

No Maestro wouldn't have budged if it was doctor or any companion , it's probably something else . She can think things into existence and it would be cliché if it was doctor himself or any other companion.

Could Susan Twist be an older version of Clara from Matt Smith/Peter Capaldi's era. Think about it she went into the doctors time stream aka past present and future. We saw multiple versions of Clara in the past, could this be an older version of Clara in the doctors future. Or the Doctor mentioned someone. Someone we weren't sure if the BBC had the right to anymore. THE RANI. Or she is the doctors Grand Daughter I worked it out who the main villain is this series. Russel T Davies said the villain goes back to the third Doctor. This character seems to be able to bring in villains from other dimensions. Their is a villain from the 3rd doctors era who was from this dimension and then got trapped in another dimension. When he finally came back to this dimension he supposedly died. But what if this villain didn't die. The villain I am talking about is OMEGA. He was in the 3rd Doctors special The 3 Doctors. He hasn't been seen since 1983 on TV.

Not gonna lie. I kinda dropped the series after first season of Amy Whitaker run (nothing against her in particular. The show was... kinda boring), but this here looks more and more interesting. Might give it a try
