So kind .
Where are you??? No news for over 2 months at this point
@@uabir8338 We had tough luck with being unexpectedly short staffed right when our busy season started up. So, we've been unable to keep up on making videos and even struggled with keeping up with all our social media. We've managed to get back to posting updates on our Instagram and some on Facebook as well if you'd like to follow us there while you're waiting for more videos.
@@animalwondersmontana Sorry to hear this. I saw you were looking for staff recently, what a dream job! Almost made me consider giving up my homeschooling “job” 😄. Best wishes, you do amazing work!
Huckleberry seems just so sweet and calm, working away on his branches! I was always taught beavers were nuisances, they were even "evicted" from a swampy area that had formed near my house when the city drained it due to complaints from the home owners association 🙄Learning about huckleberry makes me sad to see them go! I totally understand why the beaver is my country Canada's national animal now! They are so kind and clever and studious :))
Coppicing is traditionally used in woodland management by humans too, and different species are harvested on cycles of different length. One advantage (for us) of coppiced wood is that it grows straighter than wild forest.
Huckleberry was channeling his inner chipmunk there with picking up a mouthful of greens plus a branch to take home 😂
Love watching him eat! Look at his little hands!!!😂❤😂❤😂❤
Huckleberry is adorable! I’ve always wanted to meet a beaver, skunk, raccoon and an Opossum 😂
I love underrated animals
Same
I think opossums are so cute and interesting! I want to meet one too 😊 maybe not a wild animal, they could bite us! Or might have rabies etc. But maybe at a sanctuary like animal wonders! Or one of their presentations!
2:26 "LOOK HOW MUCH GRASS I FOUND"
I was very impressed with his gathering skills and his desire for those fresh dandelions and clovers or grasses. The ponds they make are good habitat for juvenile trout and salmon. Great video as always :)
I LOVE Huckleberry! 🥰🥰 It's great to see him out and about, enjoying the Spring treats. I knew that beavers are a keystone species and really improve riparian environments, but didn't realize how their cutting and browsing positively affects the growth of cottonwoods and willows. Another reason to love beavers! Thanks for these videos and the wonderful care you give to Huckleberry and all the other Animal Wonders residents! 🥰🥰
Good education for me. I did not realize how positive beavers natural behaviors are.
Heya, Huck!! Jessi, thank you yet again for bringing smiles to the multiverse.
I'm just getting over 8 weeks of covid, so this was a fantastic visual reward.
Hope all is well in Montana, and I am excited to see who we get to hang out with next!!
Huckleberry what a cutie.
👋 i hope you’re safe over there? I hope this year brings happiness prosperity love and peace 💞❤ 🕊🕊 all over the world 🙏🌍

Don't know how I managed to miss this video but Huckleberry's adorable little paws & that waddle are _just_ the thing I needed today to soothe the soul! 🤎 Loved how the Huckleberry in your sketch was eyeing off the juiciest branches at the _top_ of the tree too 👌😉
He's having the best time!
That's wonderful! Thanks!
My god he's adorable.
Aww hes so cute. As someone who has volunteered at two different wildlife centers i am so thankfully for people who are out here educating people on these amazing animals.

Your drawing of the tree and Huckleberry is amazing!! Thanks for another video of this sweet furfriend in action.
I love how HB has favorite kind of trees... just like me haha my fav trees are weeping willows
Aww, I love him! 💜💖💕
Thank you for your videos. They are incredibly inspiring and informative.
He is just adorable! Thanks for sharing! 😁
Awww beavers are so cute!💗
wow.... missing your videos.... I hope you just enjoying your summer and you are going to come back soon. Huge fan.
He’s so cute. ♥️ Yummy grass, lol.
Isn't nature just awe inspiring.
Thanks!
God bless Animal Wonders for allowing Huckleberry to be a beaver. He’s so absorbed in his work. 💖💖
Well, he _is_ the branch manager.
@@AlbertaGeek 😆😂🤣🤣
Let’s accept higher frequencies energies and pass it on to others. That sweet animal is adorable . Blessings
I'm always so surprised by how Huckleberry is these days!
He gets around quite well! He's still stumbly in unfamiliar places and likes to really take his time to get his balance right before heading into water. He does amazing in familiar spaces, though!
Hello Animal Wonders! I have been a fan for over 2 years. I am currently 11. Can you give us an update on Chopsticks! I love his adorable little voice!🦜💕
he do be munchin tho
have such a cute face
Cuuuuute! Why did he put the mouthful of grass in the water?
He usually puts anything new into his water. While he does eat his veggies on dry land, most of his branches are brought to his pool to be munched on in the water.
I love huckleberry and his name so much 🥺
I met one of the workers at a place before it was really cool I saw a hissing cocroach and a corner snake
Woodchuckleberry
Is a beaver 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Beavers gotta beave
What does his fur feel like? I'd imagine greasy, soft, and dense?
First! I ❤ this channel and all of your cute animals! 😊
Amazing video!! Your channel seems really cool!! Just subbed too!!
👍🏻
Odd question but is it an American accent thing to pronounce boughs of a tree like browse? Or is it just cotton wood that get called browse?
In the animal care world (in the US), branches of trees are most often called browse by animal keepers. The animals will then browse on browse, lol.
@@animalwondersmontana ah thank you.🙂

I thought it was boughs not brows
Those cages do not seem to have sufficient shade outside.
Do you mean the dark grey one behind me in the beginning? If you look closely, you can see a rehab pigeon sitting on a perch in the middle in the shade :)
@@animalwondersmontana Ah; wasn't too sure.
How many beavers died because of top hats .
😂😂
You stimulate my tree to grow if you know what I’m saying. Just don’t chew my tree please
I don't think I like this style of video as much as the others. It's harder to follow what you're saying when I'm watching Huckleberry do something different. They're related topics, but my brain is still having to process two different things at the same time. This is different from if you're just describing what Huckleberry is doing and why, because then it is one topic through the eyes and the ears at the same time. I'm not sure if that makes sense.
I’m not trying to argue with you or disagree here, just adding in my own opinion. Personally I really like this new style of video. It’s nice to have something fun to watch while I’m learning.
You'll catch on with practice. This was very educational and also just enjoyable to watch.
Is his water dirty?
As dirty as he could make it in 20 minutes! 🤣 Give a beaver fresh water and he'll find a way to make it... not so 😅
@@animalwondersmontana good
I really love the many ways you give enrichment to the critters in your care. You are always so thoughtful of their needs, and I adore Huckleberry.🖤🇨🇦
@bjornmaxson449@gmail I am not doing too badly today Bjorn, thank you for asking. I hope you and yours are well and happy.🖤🇨🇦

Each of your animals is amazingly fascinating. I don't know how you manage to do all the work necessary to care for these creatures. I'd be so fascinated to interact with each one, I would lose track of time and not get done with chores! You must be very strong-willed, disciplined and VERY organized! It would be cool to have a "one day in the life of" video, just so we can see how much actually gets accomplished by you and your staff. It would even be cute to tell the story from the perspective of one of the animals you care for.
Suffice it to say that I'm impressed with all you do.
Aww look at him go!! Also him stopping to munch on those dandelions 😂

I love Huckleberry. He could live in my house and chew on my furniture and I wouldn't even be mad.
Huckleberry videos are always my favorite...I get excited when I see a new one.
02:27 Now that's a moneyshot for sure, how cute he is.
I admire the sculptures beavers leave when they work on trees. Sometimes it's hardly imaginable that this tree is still able to stay alive. I can't blame the city to cut these down in fear they might fall some day.... I guess that's where the "nuisance" part comes in.
he likes dandelions per sure, lol, this video is very good for understand that they are good to the environment.
He's so cute!
Huckleberry! Sooo cute!

any new videos soon
❤️
Aww he has his little dam around his lodge. 🥰 He's such a happy boi. I guess the only thing making him happier would be a beaver lady friend to share his lodge with.
Those strong little hands! I can’t!
