There's no definite answer. It depends on their opening hands. But if you have nibiru in hands, use it immediately after your opponent summons nochi or before apollousa. And pray your opponent doesn't have an extender.
The choke point is ash onto new Lara, if you don’t have the proper extension you can’t do anything, but once you start going you can play through hand traps very easily and the opponent basically has to pray you cant extend.

There is no definite choke point 100% of the time. Negating Lara won't always be enough
