No. You can't decide your branch. You can fill in your request at the end of training. Your seniors will decide your branch. Cbi academy may give some inputs but u can't decide.

Genral timing is 9.30 to 6. Sometimes you have to come on Sat-Sun also if you have got pending works. This is for every branch, be it cyber crime, ACU, or any other. And there is field work in every branch, so sometimes you have to go to court, field verification etc.
No. Branch can and will be changed. At least 3 years are needed to be spent in a branch. There is no rule as to afrer how many years will you be transferred.
