But in India when you are arrested and present in front of court then you have right to express means you have also the right to remain silent , the court jury will ask do you have a lawyer and you have a right to have a lawyer but Indian police just follow a rule to present the culprit in present of majistrate in 24 hours
@@jees9179 yes but they inform the family members and sometime allow the person to make a call from police station to their knowns . It's all defined in Article 20 and Article 22 of the constitution part-3 you can read A20,21,22 for better understanding of all these things

Income tax raids are adventurous but very few people are part of investigation wing..other sections of deptt has normal official and tedious filing work.
It is not risky. You think so but its not. You just have to be quick-witted and street smart. You will do just fine in CBI. I have never felt the need of a Gun in CBI.
I am a aspirant of SSC CGL 2018 and have to appear in Document Verification because i have successfully qualified all the levels of exam conducted by SSC. Sir, I want to say that i have completed my matriculation from CBSE in 2012 but unfortunately i have lost my Marksheet and Passing Certificate but i have been issued a duplicate copy of the same by CBSE. I want to know that whether there will be any issue for me at the time of Document Verification..

No in India this practice is not seem but in USA it's a duty of police man to say all these things

No it's very hectic job that's why you will get 13 months salary instead of 12 month because sometimes you are called on Saturday and Sunday as well
