Currently sat, visiting relatives, just outside Dublin, will be bringing bottles to collect some water next time we are here.

They do best with a temperature of 8 to 12 degrees Celsius. (from basement temperature.)
You must have a nice Christmas and a happy New Year.
    Cheers

I always try to serve them at 11C, chilled but not icy cold. It can be difficult when I have ales and lagers in the kegerator set to 6C with them. I'll usually pour, let it sit and the foam reduce, then top it up and it's close to perfect.
