If he had gotten smoke off in time, He could’ve been able to peek and take a shot before possibly repositioning because they wouldn’t know exactly where he was. If he smokes himself, he can’t peek, the smoke doesn’t last the full duration of the scan anymore, and he could get pushed, as well.

I think he has no info if there is someone lurking in A main. Seeing in map there is 2/3 mid top. He needs to smoke fast to have his vision ready..you see omen's position? Its A wine. Thats why you cant prepare exact smoke with omen and kinda miss a gap.

You can make easier one ways in valorant but the downside is that it's easier to leave small gaps like this and mess up. Also with omen, the smoke indicator on the map isn't accurate and you can make depth perception errors

There is no difference between ranked and VCT, in both case Riot's corrupted artificial inteligency can take the control, fake humans and change the game code to win. Pro player on Valorant are only actors who fake playing during competition. Riot annonced they can't prevent their ai to take control and they don't want to reset it using money has excuse...
