The civil service examination in itself, even with the vast syllabus isn't that tough with a proper schedule and plan. However, what makes it though is the number of people who answer it every year. Statistically, the chances of selection of a candidate are very less and that is what makes it though. A person must have the elusive luck in his/her favour, because the chances of error are very very fine.
