OMG 😲 😱 that was a time warp trip back to 1970-something when I was a skate rink kiddo. Never missed a session on Friday, Sat, or Sunday. Y'all reminded me how fun it was -- love it!
Oh my gosh. I was just transported back to junior high (1975 - 1978) and going to the roller rink - the clothes, the hair, the flashing disco lights, the show-off skaters, even the carpet in the lounge area! Always asked Kellie Jewell to skate with me. Out of pity she would go once around with me! Love your version!
I promise you, Skateville has not changed since AT LEAST the late 80s! Even the arcade games date from the late 90s to early 2000s (with a few holdouts from the early 90s).

Thanks for taking care of Rupp for us. I know you guys get a lot of hate after Chris came to 7thAve after his time with Home Free, but he fits in this group like a glove. I don't know all the details but I'm gonna give a shot at responding to your question. First of all, Chris Rupp was the founder of Home Free and of 7th Ave. Adam Bastien use to sub occasionally with HF years ago. He now performs live in NYC. Kelley Jackle (the blonde) was in Pitch Perfect 1 and 2 and will be in #3. Tristin Rupp (dark hair) is Chris' little sister and also performs with another band. I'm sure I don't have all their information but this is what I know. Aren't they great?

I'm disappointed to see that Chris Rupp's venture into other areas involves copying things that Home Free does.
Between his solo channel and 7th ave hes released over 30 videos and this is the only one that's a similar song...and this is the most covered song of the entire summer...and it's done in a completely different style. Your criteria might be a little high.
Home Free did it better. Seems like you did it to compete, two months after they did theirs.
