So video being what it was do you add different amount of water or what. If you just add back the water that's been dried out you'll be left with juice and sludge. If you can add more water to the sludge and get juice ok but i'm still not sure from the video why, if you have the juicer , would you use a blender instead?
The reason for using the blender and juicer was to see the difference in texture and finished product. It was a comparison test only, to help people understand what the differences could be in the finished product based on the preparation of it.
