The Kansas side of Kansas City sucks. For 1 there isn't that much that is actually on the Kansas side. Majority of KC is on the Missouri side. The Chiefs, Royals, the airport, the night life. The only thing on the Kansas side is authoritarian police.

I've always thought Eric was a total bro, even as Cam on Modern Family. I'm a millennial guy planning to develop my dream home within 3 years & Eric described exactly how I want visitors to feel at my home: "Wow! J has clearly done well for himself.....and he won't care if I put my shoes on the furniture." ❤❤❤
I loved the story about have a deck to pee off of-reminds me of my brother who would walk past 2 bathrooms to pee off his deck.😆
I live on property with no one around. It is a nice benefit to have. I always think of it as saving a flush.

It's still weird to me that I didn't do the trim on Eric's house. We do all of the mansion s in mission hills , loch Loyd, lake quivera, and more.
