A truly excellent slow-build Gothic Symphonic Metal song that does everything right. The outstanding feature is how well structured it is - the music portraying a seduction, from enticement, building passion and finally - the bite. The melody is beautiful, and the well-chosen hookline is instantly memorable and will entrench itself firmly in your mind. The production is perfect. And though I'm never here for the video, that was excellent too. Who can resist a lesbian vampire story? My Score: Excellent 5*

This song was definitely inspired by Carmilla--some of the lyrics are straight out of the book.
This video reminded me of Dracula, the movie of Coppola (my favorite). The video is like Mina and Lucy walking under the rain while Dracula watched. The video is also giving me vibes of The Bloofer Lady.
It's inspired by Carmilla, the original vampire novel that came out several years before Dracula with a lesbian romance.
