    Imagine Belgium supporting DRC after everything they did there.

    Reporting to France and Belgium is a waste of time. Neither France or Belgium is clean. What Belgium did to Congo is the worst event in human history and you still expect justice

    Take the slice of apple profit and give them to buy the machine and improve the working condition.

      The case lacks merit. Apple does not buy minerals from Africa apple buy it's from their party OEM manufacturers. Congo has to sui rose OEM mafsctures in Taiwan anc China😊😊

    I guess all other companies do that too. Unfortunately as consumers, we can’t do anything 😢

      Point of correction! You can do a lot! Stop buying apple products or any other products made from 'bloody minerals.' When you do that you deny the apple the money to fund rebel groups. When there is no funding, rebel groups stop operating. Peace returns to DRC! Of course it is not as easy as that! But that is the way to go!

      Of course you can opt for other alternative companies that don't exploit. Now that you are aware.

    • @samikshagoyal7707

      @ all the companies exploit. Ones that claim that they don’t exploit are lying. There are many articles about how even the companies who claim to be labour friendly, environmentally good and all, are hiding their atrocities from their consumers. We can trust literally nobody

    It is a great move that the government of DRC should pursuit with much energy in order to deter those companies involving in three Ts and coltan black market blossomed by the Rwandan government. Congolese lives matter. I have a great regret for those think like it's joke or an opportunity of mockery while millions of fellow human beings are murdered by tech firms and Rwanda gov and its acolytes so cold M23.

    The congo regime will sue anything that moves. They’re the epitome of frivolity. They’re the ones responsible for labor laws in their nation and are responsible for allowing children into the cobalt mines on their own territory. Instead of ceasing the abuse, they give gigantic sums to a bunch of expensive attorneys in Europe to sue some computer co. Crooked but also pathetic.

    • @fidelistq
      @fidelistq 26 дней назад

      @mitchmazamez1989 this is an extortion case. Apple doesn't process minerals, they buy from 20 OEM manufacturers. This is cheap blackmail. This case is malicious. Tesla has completely moved away from cobalt as grifters were trying to throw any frivolous case hoping one would stick.

      @carinekapiamba7985 Another video showed a statement by an African authority. Congolese government needs to do three things-which they did not do.
      Geographically large, maybe the national government wants to avoid the rebels on their doorstep. Author of that book must have more firsthand experience with the issues, than this layman here.

      @@carinekapiamba7985 Earlier this month, a French court convicted Charles Onana of genocide denial. They fined him €8,000. Appeal will occur, I imagine. Gorgeous expansive courthouse interior, by the way.
      Feel free to report this reply. RUclips can also check whether I’m telling the truth! *Wikipedia* and France 24 corroborate my claims here! The truth will always set us free!

      Do your research with who controls the congo. You must be a palm color. They never know anything. And always blame people without knowing anything. But it's ok. The west African countries like Burkina Faso are coming for the U.s. and will cripple you with their resources. You may want to do research on what those countries are doing. They kicked out the French and the U.S. with our Africa. The west will fall! Learn something you palm colored.
