By taking photos, while on site, and on duty ... you DO open your phone to a FOIA request. . As explained to me by my manager when I worked for Edinburgh city ... "don't use your personal phone for work purposes as anyone can request it". They issued a work phone, for work purposes.

I'm thinking of exploring auditing like yourself but thinking of filming historical sites and buildings as well as some interesting industrial sites local to me in Lincolnshire. Also I did think about creating content under the name English breakfast eats as a food review channel. Only English breakfasts of course.
