"The Tin Star" AudioDrama - Inspired "High Noon"

1898, Hadleyville, New Mexico. Sheriff Doane has a problem. A vicious outlaw whom Doane sent to jail, has been released and will arrive on the 4:00 train to enact his revenge, with several of his gang. Should Doane stay and defend the town? or should he leave while he can? With help from the townspeople and his deputies rapidly dwindling, and the clock running out, Doane’s choice is made for him.
Sound familiar? It should. The 1952 Academy-Award Winning movie, "High Noon" , starring Gary Cooper, was based on this short story, which appeared in Colliers Magazine in 1947.
This audiodrama/audiobook is read by Jerry Scullion, and is an excellent literary source for the visually impaired.
