Shame you don't know someone with a spot welder as that would save a lot of time not having to plug weld and clean up. I am fairly sure you don't need to use all of the 240z light panel as I think some of the 260z holes line up.

Yep a spot welder would be easier for sure. And I think Andy usally lays the conversion panel over the top so just ends up easier to us the whole panel
