Yes. The guy with the high voice is doing the lead guitar solo with his voice. The percussion you are hearing is the black guy beatboxing it. The guy with the bass voice is using it to do the bass guitar notes you are hearing.

Tall Blonde, Scott, baritone but sings tenor and takes over bass if the bass is singing, bass, Avi Kaplan (left on good terms in 2016/17, replaced by Matt, beat boxer extraordinare Kevin (also plays cello, speaks multiple languages and was pre med when Pentatonix formed for the Sing Off season 3, and Kirstie/Kirstin. (Rhymes with Thirsty) also changes looks often she’s a mezzo soprano. Three of them grew up together (mitch, Scott and Kirstie) They just recently released a cover of The Prayer which is exquisite. They’ve won three Grammys.

Mitch is the singer that took the lead in this one but if you are thirsty for more Kirstie check out "Can You Feel The Love Tonight" or "Say Something" as these are songs that Kirstie takes the lead. 10 years of great music that will blow you away but I would recommend that you go through their playlist and pick out songs that you like or are familiar with--you will not be disappointed as their covers are often referred to as "upgrades".
