@@Beetlejuice2959 they posted the lyrics to the rerecorded version that the offspring did a few years a go. Not as good. Its missing that dirty, indie tape recording sound. And dexter adds all these words to it.

We dont always need crystal clear modern poppy sounding production. Offspring is a band very guilty of having that over produced poppy sounding production on their last 4-5 albums. Doesnt help that their newer music generally isn't very inspird either... but seriously I can't get through many tracks on most of their newer albums. Its pretty bad when I listen to music and get so annoyed by the sound. Seriously I have to skip through most of their new music because of the way the drums and vocals are recorded. There's nothing wrong with having a less polished, dirty and gritty sound like many bands used to have due to limitations of thr time. I think this is better, because Days go By version have the voice louder and that make the sound very different
