What is your row spacing?
How long would it take to weed an acre field?
Depends on a few variables.
Speed, how many rows are cultivated at once and row spacing.
With the setup shown in the video and the ~3mph that Jason is probably operating, it would take approximately 40-45 minutes for 1 acre of crops at 15" row spacing.

@@corinesingfield1317 that is the spacing between each crop ROW, so center to center. If you would like to know the distance between each plant within the same row we can get that.

How do you plant and harvest such a big garlic field?
They use a Hoss wheel hoe with a dibbler and a string and hand plant the 40k-50k bulbs. We would typically use an undercutter to harvest, but I am not certain what Jason is using. I would guess it would have to be an undercutter.
