I've compared both this one and the original on YT, and having used similar software I know what to look for as it's not always that successful in its renderings.
Yes it is, it doesn't look natural, makes the video look weird with ultra sharp faces and blurred background. Plus they've used a digital smooth motion or intelligent frame creation type thing, the kind of option that you get on TVs to make the image smoother but it just makes the movement look unnatural. The official video is better.
