As a customer it's really nice to see all the work behind the scenes and it just makes me love the brand even more. I have to say I was so impressed with this blackout sale! I was able to check out and pay for my order in less than 3 minutes, the website worked perfectly. I placed 3 orders in total during the sale and I've already received 2 here in Poland.

That people can steal your stuff out of the shoppingcard is crazy!! Would be great when u work on it for the next time. Maybe a 3 min, reservation so you can pay your stuff
Yesss I had a cart for like 8 items but then got 2 because they all got stolen out of it
That would be impossible considering around 70%+ carts are abandoned. The only thing that would change is that you would not even get to add the products to your cart.
It is not Gymshark's fault!!! Shopify should provide that.. loads of sites use Shopify and they experience the same problem. Gymshark is just reaaally wanted

I was eager and excited to get my order. Seeing everyone get theirs before I did even after placing an order like 10 mins in made me anxious and I started getting dissapointed that mine was not moving. I even posted on their FB about the disappointment and decided to take it down because I remembered Ben! How genuine he is and how I know that if something was not going according to plan he was on top of it. Now I saw this video and I'm in "awe" of all the work he was putting in. My order still managed to ship on the 10th day after placing it. THANK YOU BEN AND ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!!!

I think you guys did AMAZING for the level of traffic on the website you had to deal with. I got what I wanted within a few minutes of the start of the sale. I was prepared and only got a few things. However, there is a lot of hate going in for some people’s experience of the sale but you can’t have endless supplies of everything you put on sale, and most people don’t understand that. I’m definitely a proud supporter and will buy again!

So fun to see the moment Blackout went live from the heart of Gymshark, I was awake at 4AM on my little tiny pacific island of Guam waiting patiently alone in my room to order and I was so excited! It's so awesome because it's like a New Years party around the globe. Ran into some problems like a missing item, but the Facebook messenger support team was awesome and did their best. Honestly love the brand and all the work you put into everything!!!
I was waiting during the countdown as well. Pretty impressed with the experience and the organisation. Website worked fantastically, got everything I wanted. checked out pretty fast and received the full order with no problems pretty damn fast. Overall I'm happy having shopped with Gymshark and best thanks to all the departments and people who worked hard on Blackout :)

I was able to purchase three tops and three leggings (two Camo leggings, one vital seamless leggings) during the blackout sale this year! I am very impressed with gymshark’s preparation this year! I am from Toronto Canada. I had trouble getting into the site at first but I loaded multiple pages and refreshed it a few times. Checkout was smooth. Got everything I wanted and checked out within a few mins of both orders. If you ever open an office in Toronto I would LOVE to work for gymshark! I am a recent university grad in marketing & digital communications.
amazing to see how things been growing and the more ''behind the scenes'' stuff.. Most companies dont show they warehouses, their growth.. basicly nothing. So it's nice to see we are seeing the growth and how gym shark is handling everyone order.

This is crazy to watch..very inspiring. Personally i don't get the fascination with the products but that's just my personal opinion.. however Ben if you do read this I love the content you put out from a business perspective it's a great insight and again very inspiring. I haven't even watched the video yet - but I, just like many others who have really no voice (because you don't have a call center) are very frustrated year in and year out with the Black Friday sale. I was lucky enough to get everything I wanted this year and was notified a day before my order was at my doorstep - to say that I would not be receiving two items. I'm not even sure how something is shipped without any heads up that I wouldn't be receiving multiple items. I understand the large growth of Gymshark - and I'm a huge fan. Have been for years .. and a stupid annual sale will not stop me from being a huge fan, but it's very frustrating. Year in and year out. One would hope that with how large this company is - that prevention of these issues would be solved by now. Idk. That's just my two cents.

People always find something to whine about. You remind me of someone who complains there is bad or no wifi on an airplane while they are magically flowing through the air. People used to die traveling these distances. You get the privilege to order quality products at an amazing price between the safe walls of your home and it gets delivered to your door. WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU WHINING ABOUT. You need a big fucking slap across your face. They had 6 million orders. Stock errors are normal. Your whole order should have been canceled. You don't deserve it. If you want to be sure you get your items stop being a cheap ass and buy them at a full price or don't complain!

My first order took literally FOUR days to arrive, which is insane considering I live in Uruguay (and not even in the capital city), the second one took a bit more but still a really short period of time, so congratulations guys!!

“If you did order them your items are on the way” unfortunately 2 of mine aren’t, I ordered in the first 30 mins of the sale and 9 days later got an email to say some items were out of stock. If this is going to happen, then at least fulfil orders in the order in which they were purchased...😕

My country isn't even on the student beans list of Gymshark... and I have to pay 444€ of tuition every month... It would be so good if the 10‰ discount would be enabled in Portugal ... I only buy stuff in sales because of that...

3 million gymshark products and 30 million placed orders that got confirmed, right? ive been told this morning that 6 out of 7 items i ordered were out of stock... 2.5 weeks after the sale. this sucks and im not ordering again.
didntmeananything not there fault ffs . They did really well and you can only push a website so far in a certain timeframe before it crashes
