Am I the only one who found it fascinating that all BATMAN Arkham games take place only in one night? Like, one night to complete the whole game, I'm not talking about us the players I'm talking about BATMAN. His adventure always starts and ends in One night. Amazing.

Kevin Conroy's voice for Batman is always classic, but I gotta say, Roger Craig Smith did his thing on this one.

Arkham Asylum opened with more of a darkness and claustrophobic feel.
Arkham City was about opening up for fans to an interrogation with one of the main villains knowing full well who Batman really was. Arkham City had more of the psychological feel. It kept your brain puzzled and you were left wondering how many twists there would be at the start.
Arkham Origins has a more badass opening. I actually felt like this was closer to the 1989 film opening with Batman being only a myth at the start.
All good in their own way but yeah Arkham origins batman is the coolest and does alot less sneaking then the other Batman's overpowering his enemies with skill speed and strength
And what about Arkham Knight?

I don't know if anyone else has made the connection, but the plot of Arkham Origins was possibly inspired by the 1995 DC/Dark Horse crossover "Batman vs Predator II: Bloodmatch". Where seven of the world's most elite assassins are hired by a mob boss to kill Batman, *INCLUDING* a master sniper, a female martial arts master, a pyromaniac, and a muscle-bound mercenary in a mask. That can't be a coincidence...

Really liked Croc's design in this, reminds me of how he looked in the first few seasons of Batman TAS. The pin-striped pants with red suspenders was a nice touch; adds a bit of class for a guy commonly given the role of "mindless beast."

Calendar Man's cell features a call back (or is it forward?) to the Calendar Man's "Christmas Day" story in Arkham City: particularly, the words "Judge Harkness"
According to the story, Judge Harkness was the one who put Julian Day in prison for murder--unfortunately for him, Day would get out and eventually have his revenge by killing the Judge on Christmas (involving Christmas lights, I believe). It would seem that the prison break in Arkham Origins, which took place on Christmas Eve, was the event that allowed Calendar Man to escape, and the Judge was likely murdered the next day.

Diogo Rabelo Might be a tad bit too late, but I did the same, unfortunately it made Asylum barely playable for me, ruined the experience, so if you have yet to start, I recommend going for Asylum first

The only game I didnt play from arkham series. Finished all other 3 : asylum in a pc, arkham city in the ps3 abd arkham knight in the ps4, but sticking to the point, this has a great base of ideas for a good story, not sure why it got so underrated
Because some fans are bitter that this wasnt made by Rocksteady, but giving Rocksteady work with Knight, they shouldn't complain, Origins had bugs but it work after launch, Knight couldn't even do that, and even them, Origins is a more complete game than Knight, because this same fans complain about the 10 minutes boss fights, drone tanks (that they are right about that), the only thing that I like about Knight is the open world map and the Batmobile, but other than that is not as good as Origins, the story have huge plot holes and the mains antagonist are laughable.
If you play this on ps now you will hate it I only loved the cutscenes other than that for fighting I literally only had to counter because input lag is so bad

@@Ahmad1234-c5l I cant stand the tank battles, not matter how much I like the open world, the mechanics or the side missions, not matter if you clear all the tanks from one Island, they magically appear again, because they are not actually based on gameplay but in game events, making destroying all the tanks pointless.

Kevin Conroy is a great Batman voice, but I just love this Batman voice 10X better. It's so much more dark and natural, and really fits Batman much more.
***** Well he was more angry and less stable first starting out so yeah he is a little more dark. In Arkham Asylum and City, he's always making jokes and gloating and is very calm and collected.
It's also very monotoned and a lot of the lines sound like they're being read. Also you should be able to tell difference between Bruce Wayne's voice and Batman's voice for example if i closed my eyes and heard a Bruce line and a Batman line delivered by Kevin Conroy i would be able to tell you which is which. But that's not the case with origins, Roger's Bruce Wayne and Batman sounded exactly the same. But I did think he did a good job as Batman for his first time voicing him. Not knocking Roger Craig Smith everyone has their own preference, i grew up watching the The Animated Series since the very beginning so to me Kevin Conroy will always be my first choice as Batman.

OMG, just OMG, words can't express how AMAZING he did in this video game. The voice of Batman in Arkham Origins was BEYOND BADASS, in fact, I have never heard Batman voiced better in ANY video game or movie in my life and trust me, I'm a huge Batman fan. Of course, Kevin Conroy's voice for Batman is always classic and I absolutely love it but let's face it, except for that nostalgic part, Craig's voice is 10 times more badass. I wish he voiced batman in arkham knight as well :((
You gotta admit, these assassins that were hired to kill the Batman within one night are hardcore. Black Mask certainly wasn’t messing around. Some of these guys have gone toe-to-toe with Batman in multiple media. I haven’t even heard some of these people until I played this game.
i gotta say, I know this game got a lot of shit. But personally, it's my favorite of the four games. The gameplay just made you feel more epic than the others did.

Which is funny since this game predates Affleck as Bruce Wayne by three years. It's possible that Affleck's Batman suit was based upon this one.
But the only thing that's missing from Affleck was the long pointy ears.

Honestly, I actually wish it was the real Black Mask that we got to fight in this game, because, and lets be honest, the Joker has been the main villain of almost every Batman Arkham game since Asylum, and it gets kind of redundant when a new villain isn't introduced.
I like that the devs made the Killer Croc fight end where the cutscene starts, nice attention to continuity.

This game is sort of a Christmas tradition of mine. Since it's set on Christmas Eve, I decide to play through the entire game every year for Christmas. Even though Arkham asylum and Arkham City are better games, I still think this is a really fun game, and people should really play this game. Merry Christmas everyone!
