Usually I like to do chicken Parmesan pasta, avocado toast with egg, or fried rice which I usually add whatever I really like to. Those meals can take a while to cook though so if you want something a little more easy you could just do pan fried chicken with rice with a honey sauce. (Butter, soy sauce, garlic powder, and honey) those are usually my go-tos although they may take longer to make than a normal lunch.
My ninja does the same thing but isn't as fancy as yours. Making soup in a blender and watching it boil when you first get it is like MAGIC. my cleaning function isn't automatic but it's just one button so I can't complain lol. LOVE LENTILS!
