People probably voted for Bolton and Portsmouth because of the way they both Declined. Bolton bottom of the Championship and in Financial turmoil and Portsmouth's issues have been well documented.

PES 6, just my preference.
Yeah, seems you're right. An hour long internet search revealed PES 6 to have better gameplay, more things to get involved, more licenced teams and better graphics.
I also found several sites exclusively focused on modding PES games and only a few on modding FIFA games. I guess I'll go the PES6 way too.
