Hello, Thank you for sharing your Meridian Wheel practice. Here at Eden Method, we don't focus on an exact time of day to stop whatever you happen to be doing to spending time tracing each individual Meridian. What we do practice is exactly what Donna shared in the video. Always start & end with Central & Governing Meridian. We base where we begin with whatever time we happen to be currently in (time of day AM/PM). For example...if it's 11:30PM it would look like this. Trace C & G, then go to Triple Warmer and follow tracing the other 11 Meridian in order of the wheel till you get back to TW. Trace TW again and end with tracing C & G one more time to seal it all in. She also mentioned in the video that it helps with Jet-lag. How this would look different is if you happen to leave one area of the world at 11:30 PM, we recommend doing the tracing as mentioned above in the current time zone. Once you reach your destination, trace your meridians again, however this time start at the Meridian in the current time zone of where you are, follow the flow around the wheel, and as always begin & end with C & G. I’ve done this many mornings. Am I consistent? Never. To realize I struggle to commit to a five-day challenge is wild, but I’m thinking now (I originally came here to say it’s not working for me for some reason) if my results will come after I am consistent. I see so many comments on this channel saying people see instant changes or just results, in general. The other struggle for me is to focus on results instead of the process, as they say. My brown doesn’t compute that concept just yet and that makes me feel not smart. Actually, it does make sense, which is why I’m curious why I struggle to do it. Ok…it’s a new path I’m creating. That’s why it’s hard. I’m picturing a worn path in the grass. I have to make a new one of those in my mindset which means I have to keep walking it until the grass stops growing there 😄 What’s the intellectual version of that? Giving myself an easy way to my destination. Wow. This feels therapeutic. I just processed this in real time. Energy Medicine is cumulative, so the more you do it, the more effective it is. I did a energy medicine online course with you and there it was said that we never trace triple warmer meridian upwards (unless someone is unconscious or in an anaphylactic shock). But i see you trace the triple warmer here upwards. Could you correct me or explain why? Thanks a lot, i appreciate your work so much!❤️
Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Typically in most individuals TW is over energized simply because it hasn't evolved to meet the needs of our current world, much less what might be going on with the individual. So with that being said, tracing TW forwards gives more energy, so the idea is not to give TW more of what it already has too much of. Most often we are working to calm TW and create a loving supportive space for TW to do what it does naturally and that is keeping us alive. In this video Donna is tracing the Meridian wheel and feeding all the meridians in the clockwise direction as they run in the body as a full channel. This is a great practice to add to the Daily Energy Routine to keep your energies balanced and flowing well. Hope this is helpful. 🤗💞

You are so very welcome. Just remember when you are tracing your full cycle of meridians to always start with the meridian in the current time zone meridian chart. For example if you are doing the tracing at 6AM, you will want to start with Large Intestine Meridian and follow the wheel clockwise. Does this make sense?
