Dana Ward sat down with Keegan Allen to talk about the upcoming 3rd season of 'Pretty Little Liars'.
The girls are ready to kick some "A" in all-new episodes of ABC Family's hit original series "Pretty Little Liars," returning on a new night, Monday, January 2, 8:00PM--9:00PM ET/PT. No longer just wanting to sit by and wait for "A's" latest cruel attack, Aria, Emily, Hanna and Spencer take matters into their own hands and try to finally put a stop to their tormentor. As relationships are put to the test, new and old secrets are revealed and the stakes are raised higher than ever before as the Liars come closer to the truth - will all of their sacrifices be worth it in the end? "Pretty Little Liars" won three Teen Choice Awards in 2011 for Choice Summer TV Series, Choice Summer TV Actress -- Lucy Hale and Choice Summer TV Actor -- Ian Harding. The show also won the "TV You Betta Watch" Award for 2011's NewNowNext Awards as well as the "Cast to Watch" for 2011's The Young Hollywood Awards.

I understand you guys sometimes reply to a lucky fan's comment(s) &I'm extremely thankful for the interviews/news/etc. I really enjoy watching all the PLL interviews to be specific/biased & wanted to say that I'm extremellly jealous& envious you guys are able to meet w/ the most admiring cast ever!!

Um, they are? Marlene King, or someone else apart of the show, confirmed it on twitter or somethin that Toby's love for Spence was never fake. It's obvious he isn't actually apart of the A team. He's just in it to investigate and protect Spencer. Fight from within sort of thing. He even texted Emily in the season premiere, telling her she had a minute and then GET OUT.

ok. not only do i love this show in general. But i think i love the cast even more. All of them like Allen Keegan, Ian Harding, Shay Mitchell, Lucy Hale, Ashley Benson, Troian Bellisario, Torrey Devitto, Sasha Pieterse, Janel Parrish, and Tyler Blackburn. My sister and I would die if we were able to meet or even see any of you in person. I am so excited to see wats going to happen next. If there was any possible was me and my sister cld see you all we wld be so excited. I love you all. - # 1FAN

Well Keegan turns out Spencer was right! Even though I still strongly hold out hope that Toby is not the devil and we just are missing information.

This is actually really funny because it feels as if he knows Toby is A and then he has to dodge these questions about maybe him being A, idk. Or on the A team.

I don't think he looks like Cody Simpson, he has the same hair, but for the rest he's totally different. ( hotter , in my opinion . ) -- great interview, btw, I can't wait for season 3 anymore so so so excited ♥ !

He didn't know until the episode came out, really. They shot that A revealing scene with paige, caleb and toby, so no one really knew except the writers. So he's not lying :)

I kinda think Keegan's giving a preview of why Toby's part of the A team mentioning about how Toby was thought to be evil in Season 1. We all forgot about that part after Spoby. Though I reaaaaaaaaaaaally hope his intention to join the A team is for Spencer!!:(

It would be an honor if I can meet the PLL cast so I was wondering if there can be an event/contest that allows a limited amount of fans to visit their set or just a private fan meeting?? I think Toby is pretending to be a part of the A team to know what they are going to do so he can protect Spencer :)
actually in the most recent episode there was a flashback ali showed him the A papers and he said he didnt know who it was but he would join them if he did because her and her posey deserve way more. So I think A recriuted toby early and it was all a set up
