Hi, I have come in dependent visa to Sweden. So, no there is no time limit. I got my visa in march 2021, but I travelled in Dec 2021.

I have one question for you? Sweden and other Nordic countries are great.. I understand that. But when you compare Swedish currency to Netherlands's Euro. Euro is 10X more than Swedish currency, in that case sudn't an immigrant choose NL over Sweden? Considering both countries have major English speaking environment. TIA.
Does that even make sense?
If it is 10x , your salary will also be 3000-4000 euro not 30000 euro,
So just because euro/dollar or pound is high does that make your salary high.
Overall it's same when you convert.
But Netherlands have better salary than Sweden.

So, keeping both NL and Sweden in mind, when an expat/immigrant compare overall cost of living which includes rent, International schooling, Healthcare, other taxes etc... In which country could one save a bit more?

The new company in the new country should raise a visa request for you.
With that country's visa, you can't work in Sweden.
If you are a citizen of any European countries,then you can work
