I love this VLOG style video, Matsunaga-san! It's really great to see you documenting your personal experience visiting a garden for the first time and discussing it. Please do more like this!
Love how you edited your photographs into this video. Really well done. Also 100% support you taking on more sponsorships and partnerships like this if it helps support your work. Great job!
Thank you so much for this wonderful video. in every shot, you manage to convey all the tranquility and emotion that can be felt in these fantastic gardens. I hope one day to be able to visit these places. Congratulations for the quality of the filming and video editing. thanks and greetings from Italy.
Beautifully edited - like a photo album. Staying at Hoshinoya in Kyoto has been a long time dream. I’m sure you deserved the break. Thank you for your work.
Timeless beauty. The food presentation was an art form. Almost too pretty to eat, a true feast for the eyes. I am so glad that you will be showing various places that you visit. I am sure there are many places in Kyoto, that the world would enjoy seeing. My favorite still, is a project...from start to completion. how a artist can put together a work of art by seeing with the mind's eye ...and building a beautiful contemplative space. Thank you for bringing it to us.
Thank you very much! I will continue to make videos of our garden building projects and videos like this one that will take you on a tour of Japanese gardens 😊.
Excellent video! Great direction for the channel, not only documenting the construction of the gardens, but how they're enjoyed, too. Keep up the good work!
Nicely done. A more cinematic treatment this time, that is very satisfying to watch. Thank you for the video. Perhaps you could feature a few more contemporary-style Japanese gardens. Thank you.
I thought the same, then it all made sense because I believe I heard it somewhere...is it from a Fellini movie, perhaps?...that made the cinematography make sense because the shots were stylized like the Italian art films
I watched your video and loved it! Compliments on finding this format to explain gardens-it's the perfect mix of visuals and information for me. I only wish it were longer!
Thank you for teaching me in depth about the aims of the gardener and the function of the workmanship. I learned a lot from you again. And in addition to the beautiful images as usual, this time you yourself appeared and the vlog brought me into the splendor of the ryokan. I would love to visit Hoshinoya Ryokan.
Delightful video! Beautiful scenes. Personally "oompah" music is not for me and it did not pair well with the scenes, but that is a personal preference. I do hope to see more of these videos featuring gardens around Japan. Perhaps you will be invited by more hotels, inns and restaurants, to feature their gardens. I have been enjoying all aspects of your video series: construction, explanations about the different types of material, niwashi interviews and this type of tour. Thank you so much for your efforts!
Thank you very much! I am not invited at all right now, but I will try to do a lot of sales from me! I will do my best to introduce you to more different gardens! Frankly, it's easy to mix beautiful images with beautiful background music. But I think it is important for me to dare to combine different music and challenge myself to find a new world.
Very well done! Great to see you in the sequence. Beautiful choice of site. The subtlety you capture is excellent. The karesansui with the flat top rocks is brilliant. So glad you see tradition as living and evolving.
How lucky to stay at Hoshinoya. And your room is probabaly the best view room there. I would be happy just sleeping in the boat waiting room. I can only guess that the price is over $1,000.00 a night, maybe more?
It may be very exclusive, but I hope many people visit this hotel because I think it is a hotel where you can just experience the beauty of Japan and the culture of hospitality 😊.
beautiful video about a beautiful place! thank you. but the music was very strange. i felt like there is another tab in my browser, playing some music for some other video completely not related to this one.
Honestly, it's easy to mix beautiful background music to match a beautiful environment😊. But to create a new worldview, I think I need to challenge myself to do weird things.

I too hope that we can do something like that little by little.

I will keep introducing more different types of Japanese gardens in the future😊.
Delightful and stunning visuals ! But I'm not sure if I like the music...
As for the music, well, I dare to use unusual music 😂.
I want to make videos that only I can make.
I thought the same, then it all made sense because I believe I heard it somewhere...is it from a Fellini movie, perhaps?...that made the cinematography make sense because the shots were stylized like the Italian art films
@2-_-B-_-continued ...interesting...!
I watched your video and loved it! Compliments on finding this format to explain gardens-it's the perfect mix of visuals and information for me. I only wish it were longer!
Did you want to watch it slower and longer?
Length is really hard to find😅.
Спасибо, здесь много для вдохновения другим садовникам.
Я постараюсь представить всем больше различных японских садов!

Thank you so much for sharing the beauty of this place. I particularly like the inner garden and the incredible view from the room you stayed in.
Thank you for your watching!!✨
Great video! I love it when the gardens are wet .. looks so peaceful 🥰🇦🇺
Thank you!
I agree with you!😊
I have taken pictures from the outside many times but never seen the inside…very beautiful place.
It was a very beautiful space.😊✨

I agree. The oompah music did not fit with the scenes or mood.
Honestly, it's easy to mix beautiful background music to match a beautiful environment😊.

From the beginning music I was expecting a Yamaka garden.
Yes- it reminded me a bit a Yiddish Theater music also. 😃
I dared to use unusual music. 😊
Beautiful ❤🇨🇦🍁🌳
Thank you😊✨
Takk!
Thank you so much!!🙏✨
This is not video, this is FILM
