The Chernobyl disaster has actually been a great learning experience for us. Now we know without a doubt what the effects of long term radiation exposure does to people , plants and animals. Scientists have gained a wealth of information because of this accident.

man. credit where it's due. I've been listening to creepy pasta for years. nothing gets to me anymore. but this. had me on edge the first chase scene. legendary :D
this story drives me NUTS because it totally glosses over the mention of equivalent exchange and the implication that the 2 main characters replaced their alternate selves in the other reality, which means their alternates must have wound up in the facility
Remember they reconfigured the facility from an equivalent exchange teleportation to a one-way trip machine. Meaning that those two are most like doppelgangers for that world's duo now. Provided that version's duo survived their trip or never took it the first place.
Nice rewrite of the Dean Koontz novel "Fear Nothing". That is not a criticism it is a tribute I love this kind of cosmic horror and in the spirit of HPLovecraft who liked having his work inspire others to use it and add their own versions; this story is a welcome and well done version of this kind of horror fiction. Too often now horror is becoming subsumed by "crime thrillers" or "psychological thrillers" calling themselves horror where a guy goes crazy and murders people, scary *yawn*. Or worse, torture porn *snore*. Keep this type of stuff coming and anyone reading this if they liked this story they probably would like the two novels about Moonlight Bay; they are his early work and better than his later stuff.
That’s what I love most about Lovecraft. His work in its own way is non-fiction. Sure the monsters aren’t really real per say but the fear they infect you with and then you share that fear around and it spreads even more fear, it’s almost like he never needed the monster to begin with, he could make monsters of us. And while a lot of his universe is expanded upon by many other author I respect them all because they made one of the best horror genres to date. It’s one that inspires great fear in us but also inspires us to ask the really big and deep questions about ourselves.
I remember watching a dutch youtuber cover this creepypasta when it just came out and it instantly became my favorite. The Chernobyl incident is so interesting to me. This will be my first time hearing it in English. I am excited
what scares me the most about the story is that after some digging there actually is someone called anatoliy morozov that according to wiki Since May 1, 1986, Morozov has been involved in the liquidation of consequences resulting from the Chernobyl disaster.[4] He worked[5] directly in a failure-zone for the greater part of a year. that is all that is mentioned. also one of the references is an article by the name G.V. Lysychenko, V.V. Petruk. "RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENTS IN CHERNOBYL EXCLUSION ZONE". will do more digging and will inform
That realization: When they teleport away from the creature at the end to suddenly be in a alternate reality, they might of just transported that realities version of themselves in their place to be killed by the creature in that room and are now forever stuck in a reality that might soon be plagued with those creatures their own reality brought to this world from their own mistakes in wanting to get deeper in their new findings. curiosity did indeed kill the cat on multiple spectrum's.

man. credit where it's due.
Thank you for this comment :)
This channel reminds me of the pictures and stories of families sitting around the radio before tv
Good morning comrades we are going to work today. I can't resist man you're doing a great job keep it up
Another great story! Thank you so much for your awesome narration and story picks!!
what scares me the most about the story is that after some digging there actually is someone called anatoliy morozov that according to wiki Since May 1, 1986, Morozov has been involved in the liquidation of consequences resulting from the Chernobyl disaster.[4] He worked[5] directly in a failure-zone for the greater part of a year. that is all that is mentioned. also one of the references is an article by the name G.V. Lysychenko, V.V. Petruk. "RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENTS IN CHERNOBYL EXCLUSION ZONE". will do more digging and will inform
This is probably one of my favorites, great work.
This is one of the best creepy pastas I have ever heard.. I love it soo much I want to translate it so More people can listen to it... It was awesome
31:05 “suddenly I had just one purpose: to tie the knot.”
Awww, I didn’t know you narrated romance stories.
Lol
That realization:
When they teleport away from the creature at the end to suddenly be in a alternate reality, they might of just transported that realities version of themselves in their place to be killed by the creature in that room and are now forever stuck in a reality that might soon be plagued with those creatures their own reality brought to this world from their own mistakes in wanting to get deeper in their new findings.
curiosity did indeed kill the cat on multiple spectrum's.
Yes. Yes it did
Waaaay to cause a chain reaction to alternative timelines and who know if unchecked the future
So.. they're responsible for the destruction of 2 earths
Punctuation anyone?
What a story to start listening to at 0330 hrs while laying in bed in my pitch black room.
Same!!
Clicked on this video not knowing if it was a creepypasta or not, but really hoping it was!
The only story of yours I've ever listened to before is "if you're armed and at the Glenmont Metro please shoot me".. That one was really good!! Looking forward to checking this one out as well!!
13:55 I figured the translocation was "switching" versions of things and people from parallel universes that are copies/alternate versions of ours but slightly different, like in the multiverse theory. But it sounds like it's not that.
Best scary story I’ve heard so far it really shook me when it said, “Then the glass SHATTERS” oooo

My grandmother was taking a tour of the plant when it went through the meltdown in 1986. She has a white T-shirt that says

What a beautiful voice you have for narration, very low frequency which is soothing to the ear.
Thank you!
Great story, and I loved that the author referenced Dead Space, at that moment I knew exactly how everything looked from his pov. Excellent narrating as well!!! ❤❤❤❤
Whether this is true or not, it’s extremely well told and very spooky.
. . . “or not”?
@@NameAvailable Let us just say the Soviets, like the U.S did and in the U.S's case do a lot of dangerous and unsafe experiments. So this honestly isn't so farfetched of a possibility.
It’s not, but possible ig
It’s creepy pasta for a reason William
Its a work of fiction lol
Such an amazing and captivating story with a great ending that leaves a lot of room for a continuation.
Bro this is probably one of my favorite stories you’ve read. I really hope to hear a second part. Damn this needs to be made into a movie
This is so amazing, I am always so drawn into the story. Great job, I look forward to many more.
omg that ending, by far the most spine-chilling part of the story
Not sure what I was really expecting, but it wasn’t a story, so I thought, give it a go, and even though it’s not my cup of tea I think you have a real talent for story telling and/or writing, very nicely done. Definitely a thumbs up 👍. I won’t be subscribing, only because I prefer my entertainment to be visual, but for the sake of those who enjoy your content keep up the good work and maybe think about turning your work into films. 👍🇬🇧🏴
Going back to look for more parts to this awesome story.
This story is fricking amazing...well worth the time!
This was actually the first story i ever heard from your channe about a year ago. I had found it on tiktok but couldn't get the full story so i went on RUclips to see if it was here, that's when i stumbled upon your channel

Ah....
Yes...
Now i remember why i stopped listening to creepypastas
What the movie called
Lmao
The movie is called Chernobyl dieries
@@havokhatfield2073 judging by the trailer of the movie, this pasta seems to be better than the movie, even if the plot is partially ripped off
Why would Anyone want to Stop listening to Creepypasta..? 😉
Thank You, What a solid all around professional quality story, narrative, delivery of information, production value awesome first time finding and glad I did. It was truly a privilege to experience. You could have been reciting the yellow pages and it would've played like a action thriller.
Wow, fantastic story! Thank you for bringing it to my ears and keeping me company while I work ❤️
You do tell the story better than any one else tells the sams story
Love this story
But aside from it being fictional
It is interesting that some people who are clued up say the explanation for the disaster only made complete sense if something using a massive amount of power had suddenly gone off line while this test was happening
On its own something going off line while using such power isn't rare in the nuclear world doing so with out notice using this power magnitude was extremely rare
Just a fun fact I'm not relating to the story in anyway
Awesome as always so far ^-^
