I am a fan of you plum cakes. I appreciate your ongoing research on the same. But I do have a question. Why don't we add baking powder and baking soda to the dry mox and then add vinegar in the final step? This will guarantee an even mixing. You would have definitely given this a try. Is there a reason you don't suggest this procedure?
