Hi Garvey, I have to agree with you. I don't use the TUQI Score myself because as you have identified its difficult to understand the algorithm. If you are looking for influencer scores have you tried Moz's Followerwonk? Here is the link moz.com/followerwonk/bio (Justin Bieber has a score of 97, out of 100).

To see who's a big influencer. But I dont quite get it.
