THE LAST ONE THO JESUS CHRIST EVEN DOORFRAME WHEEL AND MINIATURE POTRAIT HAD A LESS CREEPY ELIMINATION THEN THAT
It's actually "miniature" but the fact you said something close to "immature" is perfect cuz it actually describes him somewhat
I think that miniature portrait was pretty much the same
Honestly, I feel like BFB itself probably started that trend, I remember Braceletty and Leafy's eliminations being especially uncomfortable. I'm a fairly recent fan of the OSC (since 2022) but I could only imagine how shook BFDI fans were at BFB 2.
Pretty much most of the OSC trends come from Battle For Dream Island because it's the founding text of all object shows.
Yeah bfb pre split REALLY started this, now they do something more chill like dissapearing the eliminated objects without a painful absortion (brb is a littlefusion of tlc and exit)
5SOS will always be the king of disturbing object show eliminations
friendly reminder that balloon (mmb) survived her elimination but was stuck as that strange line blob (only for like half an episode tho, she got sent somewhere else after)

it's a calm show with a really good cast and hosts
open source objects is also pretty chill. episodes just take ages to come out

tbh i see complaints about the more serious shows becoming more common but honesty i like that. it feels like the community is growing up, ofc there are still chill shows, but i like the horror in some of them

Wheel Cause of Death:his time was up making him die by being broken into pieces crashing the channel ITFT Took place
Doorframe cause of death:He got into a paper that made go to his new design to old design and then to never exist
Sunnyd Cause of death:made eye contact while sun and moon made the solar eclipse he may be still alive
Balloon cause of death:He went on a painful disintegration process that made him turn into a tiny line pieces of what remained

I think object shows are becoming more mature because more younger kids are being shunned from the community for safety reasons.

didnt even realize how genuinely terrifying wheel's elimination was before watching it back. sure felt bag and green and everyone else were eliminated horrifyingly, but they didn't feel it as much as he did. sure wheel's a jerk, but he didn't deserve the torment clock put him through.

Yeah it's like every show is trying to make the eliminated contestants suffer brutally. Those eliminations are my least favorite
don't forget cftmot where they get turned into objects and their souls are trapped in there forever

Least scariest to scariest:
6. CONCEPT
I don’t get what’s scary about this. It’s literally a BFB style elimination, but the only thing that is creepy is the fact that Beach Ball is telling everyone to help her, and that it hurts. Other than that, it’s going at last.
5. TSEOS
This IS pretty terrifying, I’m not gonna lie here, but compared to the other ones, and the fact on how short it is, it gets nothing but 5th place.
4. AB
Same as TSEOS, except it’s creepy seeing Doorframe go through becoming a new asset, to an old one, an animatic, and then a paper slip. The “save doorframe” parts don’t make it any better.
3. ITFT
Trust me, it was tough to choose between 2nd and 3rd place, but when I narrowed it down, I gotta say that 3rd has got to go to ITFT. The screams of pain wheel makes is crazy, and there was nothing to do with him but watch him go through a cycle of pain and then die off screen.
2. 5SOS: BS
When I first saw this, I was freaking terrified. What makes this more creepy than ITFT is that you actually have to visualize in your head what happened to Miniature Portrait. The way I think he died makes it barely beat ITFT.
1. MMB
Do I even have to freaking explain this? The show overall is good, but Jesus Christ…
How did we go from flinging people into a box to having them get lung cancer and turn into a weird line thing while also apparently still being conscious

Wheel's was the most terrifying in my opinion, the kicking, the screaming and the begging at the end hits way to close to home

Fun fact: MMB's creepy elimination only happens once. The rest of the eliminations we see are much more tame.

MMB - Feels like it’s trying way too hard to be scary, tons of filters and feels like a blatant sacri copy
CONCEPT - The pain doesn’t sound pain-y enough and it’s hard to tell whats happening. More funny than scary, but not really funny either
AB - Very good camerawork and I feel bad for poor Doorframe being reversed out of existence, looks very painful
ITFT - The continued alarm ringing really makes this one, and I’ve rewatched it for the animation so many times, can’t imagine what this would feel like
5SOS - The goat, most of it happens offscreen but the sound design is perfect from the coughing to the creepy synth. And the end result is so mutilated, idk how sacri even did that
MMB’s is supposed to be trying too hard to be scary it was a joke, there’s a whole joke straight after 😭 I’m literally making a joke about shows that do that, if it was serious then the characters would’ve had more of a reaction then just “oh” and not give a shit straight after
